Description
US4628880(アメリカ合衆国特許第4628880号明細書)によれば、相応の接続部を備えた別個のモジュールとして構成されている、ターボチャージャー式ピストン内燃機関のためのフレッシュガス供給装置が公知である。それでも、この公知のフレッシュガス供給装置においては、電気式の制御接続部を設ける必要がある、という欠点がある。また、フレッシュガス供給装置の調整装置の設計は効果的ではない。
図2は、モジュールとして構成されたフレッシュエア供給装置のフレッシュエアガイド手段のブロック図、

この場合、Vはリットルで表される排気量、pはbar(バール)で表される最大絶対給気圧である。排気量は、エンジンモデルに応じて与えられる。出力グループは、給気圧調整によって実施される。エンジンモデルにおいて使用された、最大給気圧によって与えられた直径は、有利な形式で選択されたモジュールの大きさを規定し、それによってこのモジュールの大きさは全エンジンモデルをカバーする。内室57は有利な形式で壁部58によって包囲されており、この壁部58内にフラップ60の軸59が支承されていて、この軸59は壁部58を貫通して外部にガイドされている。フラップ60は内室57を2つの部分、つまり、第1の終端接続部10とフラップ60との間に形成される流入室61と、第2の終端接続部9とフラップ60との間に形成される流出室62とを仕切っている。
Claims (11)
- 排ガスターボチャージャー(22)から圧縮空気を供給するターボチャージャー式ピストン内燃機関のための新気供給装置であって、付加的に圧縮空気を供給するための新気ガイド手段を備え、該新気ガイド手段は、管状の内室(57)内に側方で開口する、流量調整装置(68)を備えた圧縮空気接続部(42)と、前記内室(57)内に配置された、貫流調整のためのフラップ(60)とを有しており、前記内室(57)が、排ガスターボチャージャー(22)のチャージエアの流入のための第1の終端接続部(10)と、前記チャージエアの流出のための第2の終端接続部(9)とによって仕切られている形式のものにおいて、
前記新気ガイド手段が、別個のモジュール(8)として構成されていて、このモジュールのケーシング(89)に、排ガスターボチャージャー(22)に接続する管路(11)及び内燃機関(2)への吸気管(4)のための管路接続部(86,87)として構成された2つの終端接続部(9,10)が形成されていて、これらの終端接続部(9,10)が、管路(11)及び吸気管(4)にモジュール(8)を固定するための支持手段として形成されており、ケーシング内に組み込まれた電子制御ユニット(35)のための電気接続部(41)が、ケーシング(89)の外側に配置されており、電子制御ユニット(35)に、一方では第1の圧力センサ(72)の接続部が接続されていて、該第1の圧力センサ(72)の圧力測定器(73)がフラップ(60)と第1の終端接続部(10)との間の管状の内室(61)内に配置されており、前記電子制御ユニット(35)に、他方では第2の圧力センサ(72)の接続部(71)が接続されていて、該第2の圧力センサ(73)が、フラップ(60)と第2の終端接続部(9)との間の管状の内室(62)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、ターボチャージャー式ピストン内燃機関のための新気供給装置。 - 前記管路接続部(86,87)がチューブ接続部として構成されており、それによってチューブ管路を管路接続部に止め輪手段を用いて固定できるようになっている、請求項1記載の新気供給装置。
- 前記2つの管路接続部(86,87)が管継手として構成されており、それによって管路を管路接続部に連結器を用いて固定できるようになっている、請求項1記載の新気供給装置。
- 少なくとも1つの管路接続部(86,87)がフランジとして構成されていて、それによってねじを用いて固定できるようになっている、請求項1記載の新気供給装置。
- 付加的な圧縮空気のための流量調整装置(68)、フラップ(60)のための調節装置(66)、並びにこの調節装置(66)に対応配置された位置検出センサ(63)がケーシング(89)内に組み込まれている、請求項1記載の新気供給装置。
- ケーシング(89)が接続面(90)を有しており、この接続面(90)にカバー(91)が解除可能に固定されていて、このカバー(91)の下に電子制御ユニット(35;35a;35b)が配置されていて、この電子制御ユニットが少なくとも流量調整装置(68)及び調節装置(66)を制御する、請求項1記載の新気供給装置。
- 電気的な接続部(71,69,74,65)に、電子制御ユニット(35)の互いに向き合う電気的な接続部(76,78,80,82,84)が接続されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の新気供給装置。
- 電子制御ユニット(35b)が、運転及び機能ソフトウエアを含有するコンピュータ(88)を有している、請求項1記載の新気供給装置。
- 前記電子制御ユニット(35a)が、制御のための1つのパワーエレクトロニクスを有しており、その他の制御機能は、外部のエンジン/車両エレクトロニクスによって構成することができる、請求項1記載の新気供給装置。
- 流量調整装置(68)に通じる圧縮空気管路(43)内に、流れに影響を与える交換可能なスロットル(85)が組み込まれている、請求項1記載の新気供給装置。
- スロットル(85)を有する前記圧縮空気管路(43)と前記内室(57)とが平行な軸線を有している、請求項1記載の新気供給装置。
