Description
前記二本の吸入管を構成する上部圧縮部用吸入管と下部圧縮部用吸入管の他端は、前記圧縮機本体の密閉容器側面において鉛直線上に接続されており、前記上部圧縮部用吸入管のL字部は鉛直面上に配置され、前記下部圧縮部用吸入管のL字部は鉛直面に対し斜めに配置され、この斜めに配置されたL字部と前記アキュムレータの下端部との間に鈍角曲げ部を有し、前記上部圧縮部用吸入管と前記下部圧縮部用吸入管の一端は、前記圧縮機本体の中心軸から略等距離の位置で前記アキュムレータの下端部を貫通して設けられており、前記上部圧縮部用吸入管と前記下部圧縮部用吸入管のL字部は略同じ曲げ半径とされていることを特徴とする。
まず、第1実施形態におけるロータリ圧縮機の全体構成を図1の縦断面図で説明する。
ここで、二本の吸入管8A、8BのL字部81A,81Bをほぼ同じ曲げ半径としている。
圧縮機本体1の中心軸からみて、前記二本の吸入管8A,8Bが異なる方向で、前記アキュムレータ7の下端部を貫通し、前記二本の吸入管8A,8Bが、前記圧縮機本体1の中心軸からほぼ等距離の位置で前記アキュムレータ7の下端部を貫通し、前記二本の吸入管8A,8BのL字部の曲げ半径をほぼ同等としたことにより、二本の吸入管8A,8BのL字部が同一平面上で干渉することがないため、従来の形態においてL字部が内側となる上部圧縮部用吸入管8AのL字部よりもL字部の曲げ半径を大きくできる。よって、アキュムレータ7の径を大きくする、またはアキュムレータ7を圧縮機本体1から離して固定することなく、すなわちシステム製品の搭載スペースを広げる必要なく、吸入管8A,8Bにおける吸入圧力損失を低減して圧縮機の効率を向上することができるロータリ圧縮機となる。

Claims (1)
- 縦型に配置された円筒状の密閉容器の内部に積層された二つの圧縮部と、前記二つの圧縮部を駆動する電動機を収容した圧縮機本体と、前記圧縮機本体の横に縦型に配置された円筒状のアキュムレータと、一端が前記アキュムレータの下端部を貫通して前記アキュムレータの内部の上方に開口し、他端が前記圧縮機本体の密閉容器側面を貫通して前記二つの圧縮部のそれぞれの吸入孔に接続する二本の略L字状の吸入管とを有したロータリ圧縮機において、
前記二本の吸入管を構成する上部圧縮部用吸入管と下部圧縮部用吸入管の他端は、前記圧縮機本体の密閉容器側面において鉛直線上に接続されており、前記上部圧縮部用吸入管のL字部は鉛直面上に配置され、前記下部圧縮部用吸入管のL字部は鉛直面に対し斜めに配置され、この斜めに配置されたL字部と前記アキュムレータの下端部との間に鈍角曲げ部を有し、前記上部圧縮部用吸入管と前記下部圧縮部用吸入管の一端は、前記圧縮機本体の中心軸から略等距離の位置で前記アキュムレータの下端部を貫通して設けられており、前記上部圧縮部用吸入管と前記下部圧縮部用吸入管のL字部は略同じ曲げ半径とされていることを特徴とするロータリ圧縮機。
