Claims (7)
- 밀폐 케이스 내에, 베어링에 축 지지되는 회전축과, 상기 회전축에 연결되는 전동기부 및 3세트 이상의 압축기구부를 수용하여 이루어지고,상기 압축기구부는 상기 회전축에 설치되는 편심부 및, 상기 편심부에 끼워 맞추어지는 롤러가 편심 회전 자유롭게 수용되는 실린더실과, 상기 실린더실을 구비한 실린더와, 상기 실린더에 설치되고 선단 가장자리가 상기 롤러의 둘레면에 접촉하여 실린더실을 2분하는 블레이드를 구비하고,상기 각 압축기구부에서의 각 슬라이딩부의 클리어런스 중, 적어도 하나의 슬라이딩부의 클리어런스는 베어링에 접하지 않는 압축기구부가 베어링에 접하는 압축기구부 보다도 크게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통형 회전식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베어링에 접하지 않는 압축기구부의 실린더의 높이가 상기 베어링에 접하는 압축기구부의 실린더의 높이 보다도 작게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통형 회전식 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베어링에 접하지 않는 압축기구부의 편심부의 편심량이, 상기 베어링에 접하는 압축기구부의 편심부의 편심량 보다도 크게 설정됨과 동시에, 베어링에 접 하지 않는 압축기구부의 편심부에 끼워 맞추어지는 롤러의 외부 직경이, 베어링에 접하는 압축기구부의 편심부에 끼워 맞추어지는 롤러의 외부직경보다도 작게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통형 회전식 압축기.

- 냉동 사이클을 구성하고, 흡입통로를 통해 어큐뮬레이터가 접속되고,밀폐 케이스내에 회전축과, 상기 회전축에 연결되는 전동기부 및 3세트 이상의 압축기구부를 수용하는 다기통형 회전식 압축기에 있어서,상기 각 압축기구부는 상기 회전축에 일체로 설치되는 3개 이상의 편심부와, 각각의 편심부에 끼워 맞추어지는 롤러를 편심 회전 자유롭게 수용하고, 상기 흡입 통로를 통해 상기 어큐뮬레이터와 연통하는 실린더실과, 상기 실린더실을 구비한 실린더와, 상기 실린더에 설치되고 선단 가장자리가 상기 롤러의 둘레면에 접촉하여 실린더실을 흡입실과 압축실로 2분하는 블레이드를 구비하고,적어도 2개의 편심부는 편심방향을 동일하게 정리하고,이들 편심방향이 동일한 편심부를 수용하는 각 실린더실과 상기 어큐뮬레이터를 연통하는 상기 흡입통로는 서로 일부가 공유하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통형 회전식 압축기.
- 밀폐 케이스내에 회전축과, 상기 회전축에 연결되는 전동기부 및 3세트 이상의 압축기구부를 수용하는 다기통형 회전식 압축기에 있어서,상기 압축기구부는 상기 회전축에 일체로 설치되는 3개 이상의 편심부 및, 각각의 편심부에 끼워 맞추어지는 롤러를 편심 회전 자유롭게 수용하는 실린더실과, 상기 실린더실을 구비한 실린더와, 상기 실린더에 설치되어 선단 가장자리가 상기 롤러의 둘레면에 접촉하여 실린더실을 흡입실과 압축실로 2분하는 블레이드와, 상기 실린더 상호간에 개재되는 중간 간막이판을 구비하고,상기 각 압축기구부의 수를 N으로 하고, 상기 편심부의 상호간 부분이 (N-1)일 때, N개의 롤러가 동일의 축방향 길이를 구비하고,(N-2) 개소의 편심부 상호 간격이 상기 롤러의 축방향 길이보다도 크게 형성됨과 동시에, 이들 편심부 상호간에 개재되는 중간 간막이판의 두께가 상기 롤러의 축방향 길이 미만으로 설정되고,나머지 개소의 편심부 상호의 간격이 롤러의 축방향 길이 미만으로 형성됨과 동시에, 이들 편심부 상호간에 개재되는 중간 간막이판의 두께가 나머지 개소의 편심부 상호 간격 미만으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통형 회전식 압축기.
