Abstract
【解決手段】 縦型に配置された円筒状の密閉容器2の内部に積層された二つの圧縮部3A,3Bと前記二つの圧縮部を駆動する電動機6とを収容した圧縮機本体1と、前記圧縮機本体の横に縦型に配置された円筒状のアキュムレータ7と、一端が前記アキュムレータの下端部を貫通して前記アキュムレータの内部の上方に開口し他端が前記圧縮機本体の密閉容器側面を貫通して前記二つの圧縮部のそれぞれの吸入孔に接続された二本の略L字状の吸入管8A,8Bとを有したロータリ圧縮機において、前記二本の吸入管のそれぞれのL字部を異なる平面上に配置した構成となっている。

Description
まず、第1実施形態におけるロータリ圧縮機の全体構成を図1の縦断面図で説明する。
ここで、二本の吸入管8A、8BのL字部81A,81Bをほぼ同じ曲げ半径としている。
圧縮機本体1の中心軸からみて、前記二本の吸入管8A,8Bが異なる方向で、前記アキュムレータ7の下端部を貫通し、前記二本の吸入管8A,8Bが、前記圧縮機本体1の中心軸からほぼ等距離の位置で前記アキュムレータ7の下端部を貫通し、前記二本の吸入管8A,8BのL字部の曲げ半径をほぼ同等としたことにより、二本の吸入管8A,8BのL字部が同一平面上で干渉することがないため、従来の形態においてL字部が内側となる上部圧縮部用吸入管8AのL字部よりもL字部の曲げ半径を大きくできる。よって、アキュムレータ7の径を大きくする、またはアキュムレータ7を圧縮機本体1から離して固定することなく、すなわちシステム製品の搭載スペースを広げる必要なく、吸入管8A,8Bにおける吸入圧力損失を低減して圧縮機の効率を向上することができるロータリ圧縮機となる。

Claims (4)
- 縦型に配置された円筒状の密閉容器の内部に積層された二つの圧縮部と、前記二つの圧縮部を駆動する電動機とを収容した圧縮機本体と、前記圧縮機本体の横に縦型に配置された円筒状のアキュムレータと、一端が前記アキュムレータの下端部を貫通して前記アキュムレータの内部の上方に開口し、他端が前記圧縮機本体の密閉容器側面を貫通して前記二つの圧縮部のそれぞれの吸入孔に接続する二本の略L字状の吸入管とを有したロータリ圧縮機において、
前記二本の吸入管のそれぞれのL字部を異なる平面上に配置したことを特徴とするロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記二本の吸入管が、前記圧縮機本体の中心軸からほぼ等距離の位置で前記アキュムレータの下端部を貫通し、前記二本の吸入管のL字部の曲げ半径をほぼ同等としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリ圧縮機。
- 前記二本の吸入管が、前記アキュムレータの中心軸から反圧縮機本体方向に偏芯した位置で前記アキュムレータの下端部を貫通したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のロータリ圧縮機。
- 前記圧縮部を上から見て、前記二本の吸入管が前記密閉容器の円周方向に異なる位置で前記圧縮機本体の密閉容器側面を貫通したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3に記載のロータリ圧縮機。
