Description
この種の従来例としては、例えば、この出願に係る出願人と同一の出願人によって先に提出されたイタリア特許出願第PR2002A000049号を挙げることができる。
常に、1つ又は複数の互いに平行な溶着ビーズを確保できる。それゆえ、ラベル両端部間の重ね合わせ部の品質と機械強度の向上を図ることができる。要するに、ラベル両端部間の重ね合わせ部を見込む角度について、起こり得る角度誤差を埋め合わせることを可能にする。
上記目的は、特許請求の範囲の欄に記載した内容によって特徴付けられる、この発明の主題である、熱収縮性フィルムからなる筒型ラベルを形成するための、超音波溶着装置を備えるラベル貼り機によって、充分に達成される。
筒形ラベル3は、ボトル等の容器10の側表面に形成されても良く、あるいは、この例のように、まず、巻きドラム11の側表面に形成させ、この後、ボトル等の容器に移送するようにするか、あるいは、ラベル両端部が結合されると、形成された筒型ラベルの内側にボトル等の容器が挿入されるようにしても良い。
図2を参照して、超音波溶着装置2の溶着動作について説明する。まず、超音波溶着装置2を支持するブラケット8が、同図中のX方向に沿って、ラベル被溶着面に接近行動を行う(同図(A))。そして、ラベル両端部間の重ね合わせ部5に接触すると、溶着動作を開始する(同図(B))。このとき、ラベル両端部間の重ね合わせ部5の全長に亘り、下端から上端に向かって(同図中のZ方向)上昇しながら、溶着動作を行う(同図(C)、(D))。
Claims (3)
- フィルム供給部から供給される熱収縮性フィルムを容器10又は巻きドラム11に巻き、当該熱収縮性フィルムの両端部を重ね合わせて溶着し、当該熱収縮性フィルムからなる筒形ラベル3を形成するための超音波溶着装置2を備えるラベル貼り機であって、
前記超音波溶着装置は、2軸のデカルト軸に従って、音極4を前記熱収縮性フィルムの前記両端部が重ねられた領域である重ね合わせ部5に接触させると共に、前記熱収縮性フィルム又は前記重ね合わせ部の高さ方向全長に沿って接触移動させる駆動機構を有し、かつ、
前記筒形ラベル3の転送クリアランス又は転送誤差が吸収されて、前記重ね合わせ部の高さ方向に沿う溶着接触が確保される程度に、前記容器又は巻きドラムの垂直回転軸中心が前記音極を見込む角度βが、同じく、前記熱収縮性フィルムの前記重ね合わせ部を見込む角度αよりも大きく設定されていることを特徴とする超音波溶着装置を備えるラベル貼り機。 - 前記音極4には、前記重ね合わせ部5に、1つ又は複数の溶着ビーズの形成を保証する互いに平行な複数のリブ6が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の超音波溶着装置を備えるラベル貼り機。
- 前記超音波溶着装置は、前記重ね合わせ部5の高さ方向に従って軸駆動することによって、前記重ね合わせ部5の高さ方向全長に対する溶着プロセスを実行することを特徴とする請求項1記載の超音波溶着装置を備えるラベル貼り機。
