Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有用于制造由热收缩膜制成的筒形标签的超声波熔接设备的贴标签机以及熔接方法。
背景技术
一般而言,术语使用筒形标签(在本领域中通常称为袖标)的贴标签机表示能够将筒形标签应用于圆柱体或旋转体上的机器;贴标签机可以为低生产率的直线型,或可以为高生产率的转盘转动型。
在形成筒形标签时,公知的现有技术基本上可以分为两组:形成筒形标签的机器,所形成的筒形标签接着传送以环绕着容器缠绕;以及将容器传送到预先形成的筒形标签内部的机器。
在这两种情况中,现有技术均使用熔接设备,所述熔接设备在标签的重叠边缘(称为叠覆部(surmount))上应用热熔接处理或化学熔接处理。
在本申请人的意大利专利申请N.PR20002A000049中公开了一个实例。
现有技术的不便之处在于,当在预切自绕卷的标签上出现叠覆部的不当重叠时,由于标签局部经受熔接,所以将产生质量低劣的产品和热熔接产品对张应力的较差抗力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于将一种用于制造由热收缩膜制成的筒形标签的超声波熔接设备应用于使用筒形标签的贴标签机,即使在一定的重叠角度误差范围内出现不当叠覆部时,所述设备也能够确保一个或多个焊道。
采用本发明的方法所获得的优点在于:
在两个筒形标签边缘之间,所述方法允许补偿可能的重叠角度误差;
所述方法允许始终确保一个焊缝或多个平行的焊缝;
所述方法允许提高质量和改善熔接叠覆部的机械抗力常数。
通过使用用于制造由热收缩膜制成的筒形标签的超声波熔接设备的贴标签机实现这些目的和优点(即本发明的主题),其技术特征包括在下列权利要求书中。

参考图1,附图标记1从总体上表示贴标签机,所述贴标签机的类型为:通过该贴标签机制造由热收缩膜制成的筒形标签3,筒形标签3完全地或局部地环绕瓶子或容器10的侧表面缠绕。
筒形标签可以形成在瓶子上或卷筒11上,与所示的实例类似,从而接着将筒形标签传送至瓶子上,或者当筒形标签的边缘接合时将瓶子插入到筒形标签的内部。
附图标记2表示装配在转塔9的托架8上的超声波熔接设备。
参考图2,应当注意到,支撑超声熔接设备2的托架8沿图中X轴线进行接近待贴标签的表面的操纵,随后,当超声熔接设备2接触叠覆部5时,开始针对叠覆部本身的整个长度进行熔接操作,在图中由Z表示。
应当注意到,熔接方向根据标签3的方向,依次根据待贴标签的容器10的位置确定。
熔接步骤结束之后,使超声波熔接设备2离开,并返回至起始位置。
参考图3,可以发现,标签3的叠覆部5的角α小于超声焊极4的角β(这些角的中心位于容器的竖直转动轴线上):这意味着角α(代表标签边缘的重叠,即叠覆部5)可以在超声焊极4的角β内部的多个位置中。
由于传送间隙或误差导致的叠覆部5的位置容许误差由此得以补偿,并且同样使叠覆部5的一个或多个突出粗糙部局部接触,总之,能够确保熔接接触。
参考图4,超声焊极4的多个肋6向外伸出并且导致叠覆部5的一个或多个焊缝的形成。
当叠覆部的角位置相对于固定的超声焊极位置在容许范围内变化时,超声焊极的多个肋能够确保一个焊缝或多个平行的焊缝。
根据实施例的一个未示出的可能的变型,超声焊极可以安装在转塔上,所述转塔提供朝向叠覆部的单向运动并且超声焊极可以通过适当的超声焊极的几何形状确保在叠覆部的整个高度上接触,其中所述超声焊极的几何形状的高度等于标签的高度。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有超声波熔接设备(2)的贴标签机,所述超声波熔接设备(2)用于制造由始自膜片断的热收缩膜制成的筒形标签,所述膜片断的竖直边缘重叠,其特征在于:所述贴标签机包括装配在转塔上的超声波熔接设备,并且所述超声波熔接设备能够使超声焊极进行适于确保超声焊极本身与标签叠覆部接触的移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的贴标签机,其特征在于,所述贴标签机包括装配在转塔上超声波熔接设备,所述超声波熔接设备能够使超声焊极沿两条笛卡儿坐标轴进行移动,从而使所述超声焊极沿着叠覆部或标签的整个高度与所述叠覆部接触。
3.一种用于制造由热收缩膜制成的筒形标签的超声波熔接方法,其特征在于,超声焊极(4)覆盖的角(β)大于由待熔接的标签(3)的叠覆部(5)形成的角(α),在具有由于标签(3)的传送间隙或误差导致的叠覆部(5)的位置容许误差的情况下,仍确保熔接接触。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于制造由热收缩膜制成的筒形标签的超声波熔接方法,其特征在于,超声焊极(4)由多个平行的肋(6)形成,用于确保一个或多个焊缝的形成,从而确保正确的熔接。
5.如权利要求1所述的贴标签机,其特征在于,通过进行熔接设备(2)的轴线沿由叠覆部(5)的线确定的方向的移动,所述超声波熔接设备(2)对待熔接的叠覆部(5)的部分的整个长度进行熔接处理。
