Description

贴标机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种贴标机,用于形成管状标签,具体地,由热收缩膜制成的管状标签,并且用于将该标签施加于相应物品,例如,罐或通用容器(参照下文),但是,其不意欲以任何方式限制由附属权利要求限定的保护范围。本发明也涉及一种方法,用于执行上述操作。
背景技术
如公知,贴标机用于将标签施加于所有类型的容器。典型地用于饮料瓶或饮料罐的是管状标签(通常称作“套标(sleeve label)”),其通过如下方式获得:
-将从供给辊展开的薄片切割成多个矩形或方形标签;
-使得每个标签弯曲成管状构造,使得相对竖直边缘相互重叠;
以及
-焊接每个管状标签的重叠边缘。
具体类型的贴标机是已知的,其中,每个管状标签形成在相应圆柱状缠绕体上(通常称作“套筒鼓(sleeve drum)”),以进而将每个管状标签传送至相应容器,例如,通过将容器插入管状标签。
该型的贴标机基本包括传送带(carousel),该传送带围绕竖直轴线旋转,以限定环形路径,沿该环形路径接收一系列的未贴标签的容器,并且随后,从相应输入轮接收一系列矩形或方形标签,使得将管状构造的标签施加于相应容器,以及将已贴标签容器释放至输出轮。
更具体地,传送带包括围绕旋转轴线等距隔开的多个操作单元,并且沿传送带的周围边缘安装,且由传送带沿上述环状路径移动。
每个贴标单元包括:底部支撑组件,底部支撑组件适用于支撑相应容器的底壁;以及上保持器,适用于配合该容器的顶部分,以在传送带围绕竖直轴线旋转期间将其保持在竖直位置。
每个支撑组件包括:固定至传送带的转盘架的水平面的竖直中空支撑架;以及圆柱状缠绕体,以滑动旋转方式相对于其轴线接合支撑架,并且该圆柱状缠绕体适用于在其顶面上携带相应容器且在其侧面上携带相应标签。
每个缠绕体可在凸轮装置的控制下在相应支撑架内部的完全回缩位置和上升位置之间移动。
在上升位置中,每个缠绕体从相应支撑架的顶面伸出且适用于在其侧面从标签输入轮接收相应标签。具体地,标签包裹在缠绕体周围,从而使标签的相对竖直边缘相互重叠。
在完全回缩位置(其在容器输入轮和输出轮处达到),每个缠绕体的顶面与支撑架的顶面齐平,以使容器沿相同传送平面传送至传送带以及离开传送带。
在焊接了管状标签的重叠边缘后,相应缠绕体从上升位置移动至完全回缩位置的运动使得相应容器插入标签,使如此获得的容器准备好了被输送至输出轮。
最近,提出了使用超声技术,用于焊接管状标签的重叠边缘。
该技术运用于贴标领域的一个实例在国际专利申请No.WO2005/085073中示出。
根据该解决方案,每个超声焊接装置布置在传送带上,相对于相应缠绕体位于径向内部位置。
更具体地,每个超声焊接装置装配于相应转台的托架上,该转台托架由在相应贴标单元前方的传送带承载。
使用中,每个焊接装置首先,相对于传送带旋转轴线,朝向待焊接的标签重叠边缘,沿径向水平移动,并且然后,一旦接触标签重叠边缘,则焊接装置竖直移动重叠边缘的整个高度,以执行焊接动作。
在结束焊接步骤后,每个焊接装置与相应标签分离,并沿相似路径回到其起始位置,包括第一水平移动和第二竖直运动。
以上说明的解决方案具有以下缺点。
首先,不是所有类型的标签均能够由超声技术焊接的,例如,某些特殊颜色使得标签对于超声不适用。
并且,通过超声技术实现标签重叠边缘的焊接,须在高频下进行操作,其可导致在焊接操作中出现许多误差。
此外,在超声焊接装置模具(sonotrode)中可能存在的微裂缝可导致超声波流在某些频率下停止,因此导致焊接失败。
此外,由于超声焊接操作由根据两个直角坐标轴的四个运动序列执行的这个事实,使完成该操作的总体时间一般相对较长。通过也考虑到为每个缠绕体设置一个超声焊接装置,用于在该型贴标机上控制和执行焊接操作的系统变得极其复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种贴标机,用于将管状标签施加于相应物品,其能够以简单和低成本的方式克服以上的缺点。
该目的通过根据权利要求1所述的贴标机实现。
本发明也涉及根据权利要求8所述的一种方法,用于将管状标签施加于相应物品。

具体实施方式
图1中标号1表示贴标机的整体,用于将标签2(图2至图5)施加于相应物品,或更具体地,施加于容器,具体为瓶3,每个贴标机(图1至图3)具有给定纵轴线A,由基本垂直于轴线A的底壁4限定在底部,并且具有与轴线A基本同轴的顶颈部5。
贴标机1包括传输装置,该传输装置用于将标签2弯曲为管状构造并且进行焊接(图3至图5),使得瓶3插入如此形成的管状标签2。
在如图说明的优选实施例中,输送装置包括传送带7,其安装成围绕垂直于图1平面的相应竖直轴线B连续旋转(图1中逆时针方向)。
传送带7从输入轮8接收一系列未贴标签的瓶3,输入轮8与传送带7在第一传送工位配合并且安装为围绕平行于轴线B的相应纵轴线C连续旋转。
传送带7也从输入鼓10接收一系列矩形或方形标签2,输入鼓10与传送带7在第二传送工位11处配合且安装为围绕平行于轴线B和轴线C的相应纵轴线D连续旋转。
传送带7将一系列已贴标签的瓶3释放至输出轮12,输出轮12与传送带7在第三传送工位13处配合并且安装成围绕平行于轴线B、轴线C和轴线D的相应纵轴线E连续旋转。
传送带7包括围绕轴线B等距隔开的多个操作单元15,其沿传送带77的周缘安装,并由传送带7沿环形路径P移动(路径P围绕轴线B延伸),并通过传送工位9、11和13。
如图1所示,传送工位11沿路径P布置在传送工位9的下游和传送工位13的上游。
具体参考图2和图5,每个单元15包括传输模块16,传输模块16适用于在竖直位置从输入轮8接收相应瓶3(即,具有相应轴线A平行于轴线B、轴线C、轴线D),并且适用于沿路径P在此位置保持所述瓶3(从传送工位9至传送工位13)。
每个传输模块16包括适用于支撑相应瓶3的底壁4的底部支撑组件17、以及适用于与瓶3的顶颈部5配合的上保持器18。
具体地,每个支撑组件17包括:
-中空支撑架20,其具有平行于轴线B、轴线C、轴线D、和轴线E的竖直轴线F,并固定于传送带7的旋转架21的水平面或台面。
-圆柱状缠绕体22,其相对于轴线F以滑动旋转方式接合支撑架20,并适用于在其顶表面23同轴地携带相应瓶3以及在其侧面24携带相应标签2。
具体地,每个缠绕体22可在相应支撑架20内的完全回缩位置和上升位置(图2至图5)之间,在凸轮装置的控制下,以已知方式沿轴线F移动。
在完全回缩位置中,每个缠绕体22完全容纳于相应支撑架20内,从而使其顶表面23与支撑架20的顶表面25齐平。
在上升位置中,每个缠绕体22从相应支撑架20的顶表面25伸出且适用于在其侧面24接收来自于输入鼓10的相应标签2。
更具体地,切割装置27(图1中仅示意性示出)从薄片26上以已知方式切割出标签2并将其馈送至输入鼓10,以待随后输送至相应缠绕体22。
如图2和图3中所示,切割的标签2通过抽吸而保持在输入鼓10的侧面30上。实际上,输入鼓10的侧面30划分为给定数量的抽吸区31(围绕轴线D等距隔开),在示出的实施例中为三个,其每个设置有连接于气动抽吸装置(本身已知和未知)且适用于配合相应标签2的多个通孔32。
以完全相似的方式,每个缠绕体22的侧面24设置有多个通孔33,其又连接至气动抽吸装置(本身已知和未知),以通过抽吸保持相应标签2。
在传送工位11处,每个缠绕体22可在相应致动器装置(未示出)的控制下,围绕相应轴线F,以已知方式旋转,以使得来自于输入鼓10的相应标签2完全包裹在侧面24上。更具体地,由输入鼓10馈送的每个标签2包裹在相应缠绕体22周围,从而形成具有相互重叠的相对竖直边缘34的圆柱体。
如图2和图3所示,以已知方式,每个保持器18包括从传送带7的旋转架21的上部分竖直伸出的圆柱形可活动件36,其可沿相应轴线F移动且具有钟形(bell-shaped)自由端部37,自由端部适用于配合由对应底部支撑组件17承载的瓶3的顶颈部5。
更具体地,每个可活动件36的移动由已知方式进行控制,以在相应单元15沿路径P的部分从传送工位9移动至传送工位13期间保持其端部37和对应缠绕体22的顶表面23之间的距离相等,并在从传送工位13移动至传送工位9的路径P的部分期间增加此距离。以此种方式,瓶3在从传送工位9移动至传送工位13期间牢固地保持在其竖直位置,且在此传送工位9和传送工位13处能分别地从输入轮8自由传送至输出轮12。
参考图1、图4、和图5,每个单元15还包括焊接装置40,其布置在相应传送模块16的前方并位于比相应传输模块16径向地向内侧位置,且适用于配合包裹在对应缠绕体22周围的标签2,用于焊接重叠边缘34并产生该标签的管状构造。
有利地,每个焊接装置40基本包括:
-密封元件41,其设置有高度至少等于待焊接的重叠边缘34的高度的直线带状活动工作表面42;
-电力供应装置43,选择性地可连接于密封元件41;以及
-致动器组件44,用于沿横向于路径P的方向X移动密封板41至相应重叠边缘34并从相应重叠边缘34移开密封板41。
如图1所示,密封元件41沿着移动的方向X,相对于轴线B径向延伸,并且因而垂直于轴线B-F。
具体参考图4、图5和图6,每个密封元件41基本为C形且包括限定了工作表面42的直线杆形主要部分45,以及从主要部分45的相对两端垂直延伸的一对突出部分46。
更具体地,如图6中所示,每个密封元件41的主要部分45优选由内部地限定了冷却管路47的纵向体50形成,并连续地被供有制冷剂(例如来自冷却器48的水),并且由加热层51在外部覆盖,加热层51可由电力供应装置43进行加热。
更详细地,冷却管路47形成在优选由铝制成的支持架53与优选由不锈钢制成的基板54之间。
优选由金属-玻璃混合物制成并具有微米区的厚度的加热层51(优选厚度范围为0、1μm至100μm)施加在与限定了冷却回路47的基板相对的基板54的外表面上。更具体地,连接于电力供应装置43的至少一个导电元件55介于基板54和加热层51之间。
优选由玻璃-陶瓷混合物制成的并且在此情况下也具有微米区的厚度的保护层(优选厚度范围为0、1μm至100μm)施加于加热层51上并限定了相应密封元件41的工作表面42。
两个突出部分46由绝缘材料制成,且在导电元件55和电力供应装置43之间容纳电缆接线(cable connection)。
优选地(图6和图8),电力供应装置43基本包括变压器装置56,其连接于电源且适用于优选地在几百毫秒范围中通过密封元件41的导电元件55生成电流脉冲,从而在脉冲模式下加热密封元件41。
有利地,变压器装置56包括多个变压器58,如图8所示,每个变压器58通过相应开关元件60连接于多个密封元件41。更具体地,每个变压器58具有连接于电源的第一绕组61,还具有第二绕组62,相应的多个密封元件41通过相应开关元件60平行地连接至第二绕组62。在图8示出的具体实例中,每个变压器58连接于四个密封元件41。
申请人已观察到,在贴标机1的任何操作周期中,不是所有的密封元件41同时有效(工作,active),结果是,可连接至一个变压器58的密封元件41的最大数量不应超过在贴标机以最大速度操作期间同时有效的密封元件41的最大数量。
每个变压器58由控制单元63控制,控制单元从相应密封元件41和从将每个密封元件41连接至相应变压器58的线路和部件接收检测信号和反馈信号,并为开关元件60生成指令信号S1、S2、S3、S4。
图7的曲线示出了对于每个密封元件41的在相应标签2的重叠边缘34的焊接步骤之前和焊接步骤期间的温度T和电流强度I的变化。易于理解的是,用于加热和冷却工作表面42所需的时间极短,并且温度曲线的相应的加热和冷却部分坡度极大,约为6000°K/sec(用于加热),并且在冷却阶段开始时是3000°K/sec。
这主要是由于每个密封元件41的加热层51(厚度仅为几μm)的非常低的热质量和热容量,以及由于其距离待焊接膜的距离非常小(等于覆盖层52的厚度,即,几μm)。
并且,脉冲模式下每个加热层51的加热不会导致每个加热层51长度的变化。
参考图4和图5,每个致动器组件44基本包括固定于传送带7的旋转架21上的固定构件64、以滑动方式沿相应方向X装配于固定构件64并载有对应密封元件41的可活动件65。
具体地,可活动件65例如可通过气动控制而在第一位置(图4)和第二位置(图5)之间移动,在第一位置中,其可保持相应密封元件41沿相应方向X与相应传送模块16隔开,在第二位置中,其保持相应密封元件41接触待焊接的标签重叠边缘34。
有利地,在工作表面42的相对侧,每个密封元件41通过插入轴线平行于相应方向X的多个螺旋弹簧67而固定至相应可活动件65的端法兰66;以此种方式,使得在工作表面42与待焊接的重叠边缘34接触时,限制密封元件41相对于相应可活动件65的运动,从而确保了工作表面42和相应缠绕体22的轴线F之间的平行性。
在完成管状标签2的焊接后,相应缠绕体22朝向相应支撑架20内的完全回缩位置向下运动,这使得相应瓶3插入所述管状标签。以此形成的贴标签瓶3随后供给至收缩通道(本身已知的和未知的),其中,出现了标签2的收缩,并且其粘合至瓶3的外表面。
在图1中示意性地示出了贴标机1的最重要操作步骤过程,通过标示出传送带7围绕轴线B的对应旋转角,所述步骤沿其执行。具体为,角α指的是,缠绕体22从完全回缩位置提升至上升位置的提升运动;角β指的是,标签从输入鼓10传送至相应缠绕体22的传送;角γ指的是,对于管状标签2的重叠边缘34的焊接操作;并且角δ指的是,缠绕体22向下运动以使得瓶3插入对应管状标签2。
现将参考一个瓶3的贴标签,以及因此参考一个单元15说明贴标机1的操纵,作为实例,其中(图2):
-未贴标签的瓶3同轴布置在相应缠绕体22上且由此缠绕体22和相应上保持器18的组合动作而保持于竖直位置;
-缠绕体22位于上升位置,准备从输入鼓10接收相应标签2;
以及
-相应致动器组件44的可活动件65位于第一位置(图4),其中,可活动件65保持密封元件41沿相应方向X与缠绕体22隔开。
在传送工位11处,输入鼓10达到围绕轴线D的角位,适于使标签2接触穿过该传送工位的缠绕体22;由于缠绕体22围绕其轴线F旋转以及抽吸通孔33、32的激活/去激活,标签2以已知方式包裹于缠绕体22周围并保持在缠绕体22上(图3)。更具体地,标签2弯曲以呈现管状构造,其相对的竖直边缘34相互重叠。
这里,通过启动焊接装置40,使得标签2准备好沿边缘34进行焊接。
具体地,致动器组件44的可活动件65沿方向X移动至第二位置(图5),从而使密封元件41的工作表面42接触标签2的重叠边缘34。由于存在弹簧67,使得在接触标签2时,限制了密封元件41相对于相应可活动件65的运动,从而在任何情况下实现工作表面42和缠绕体22的轴线F之间的平行性。
密封元件41的层51的加热实现如下:通过在对应开关元件60上的操作,从而其将相应导电元件55连接至变压器58的第二绕组62,以及通过控制沿该导电元件55流动的电流脉冲的强度I,如图7中说明。
由于加热层51的减少的厚度以及由于加热层51极其靠近待焊接的薄膜,工作表面42上极短时间地到达焊接温度(见图7)。
密封元件41沿路径P的给定部分进行加热,足以获得熔化的重叠膜;然后通过在由密封元件41在缠绕体22上施加的压力下保持边缘34以及沿路径P的随后部分冷却密封元件41,实现了边缘34之间的焊接。
通过控制电流脉冲强度I,实现密封元件41的冷却步骤,从而连续流过冷却管路47的制冷剂产生其效果。
应当指出的是,通过操作控制单元63,可以设定焊接压力、焊接温度和密封元件41加热和冷却的时间间隔。
一旦冷却步骤完成,可活动件65沿方向X移动至第一位置,从而使得密封元件41与标签2分离。
在路径P的最后部分,缠绕体22移动至相应支撑架20内的完全回缩位置,从而使得瓶3插入如此形成的管状标签2。
然后,可在退出传送带7的瓶3上执行热收缩步骤(未示出),以获得标签2收缩并将其粘合于瓶的外表面。
贴标机1的优点和根据本发明的相应方法的优点将通过以上说明变得显而易见。
具体地,由于使用可通过电流脉冲进行电加热的密封元件(41),可焊接各种标签2而不用考虑该标签所使用的颜色。
并且,在引导电流脉冲仅加热极薄的层(51)时,可实现加热和冷却步骤的极好控制,而没有使得密封元件41的长度可能改变的任何风险。
此外,通过根据本发明的解决方案获得的焊接较美观,因为没有竖直带状物出现在焊接边缘34上。
此外,焊接操作仅须密封元件41至待焊接的标签2的水平接近运动以及沿相同方向的分离运动,以此种方式,完成该操作的全部时间相对较短。
由于每个密封元件41通过多个弹簧67连接于相应致动器组件44的可活动件65的这个事实,在接触待焊接标签2时,使得限制了密封元件41的运动,从而在任何情况下达到相应工作表面42和对应缠绕体22的轴线F之间的平行性。
最后,由于每个变压器58选择性地连接于多个密封元件41,所以可相对于传统解决方案而减少安装于传送带7的部件的总数。
然而,清楚地,在不背离附属权利要求限定的保护范围的情况下,可对此处说明和示出的贴标机1和方法进行改变。

Claims (5)

1.一种贴标机(1),用于将管状标签(2)施加于相应物品(3),所述贴标机(1)包括:
-输送装置(7),其能够沿给定路径(P)移动且具有用于接收和保持待贴标签的物品(3)的至少一个单元(15);
-供给装置(10),用于将管状标签(2)供给至所述单元(15);
-成型装置(22),用于将所述管状标签(2)弯曲成管状构造,所述管状构造具有横向于所述路径(P)的轴线(F)且具有平行于所述轴线(F)的相互重叠的相对边缘(34);以及
-至少一个焊接装置(40),布置在所述输送装置(7)上,且用于焊接所述管状标签(2)的重叠的所述边缘(34);
其特征在于,所述焊接装置(40)包括:
-可电加热的密封元件(41),其在平行于所述轴线(F)的方向上具有带状工作表面(42),所述带状工作表面的高度与待焊接的所述管状标签(2)的重叠边缘(34)的高度至少相同;
-电力供应装置(43),能够选择性地连接至所述密封元件(41)且被控制用于沿所述路径(P)的给定部分加热所述密封元件(41)且用于沿所述路径(P)的随后部分冷却所述密封元件;以及
-致动器装置(44),用于沿横向于所述路径(P)和所述轴线(F)的方向(X)将所述密封元件(41)移动至所述管状标签(2)的重叠边缘(34)且从所述管状标签(2)的重叠边缘(34)移开所述密封元件(41);
其中,所述电力供应装置(43)包括变压器装置(56),所述变压器装置连接至电源且被控制用于生成电流脉冲以在脉冲模式下加热所述密封元件(41);
所述贴标机(1)包括多个所述单元(15),所述单元用于接收和保持相应未贴标签的物品(3)以及待弯曲成管状构造且待由相应焊接装置(40)焊接的相应管状标签(2),其中,所述变压器装置(56)包括多个变压器(58),每个所述变压器通过相应开关元件(60)连接至多个密封元件(41)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的贴标机,其中,所述密封元件(41)包括纵向支撑体(50)、覆盖所述支撑体(50)表面且在微区域中具有一定厚度的加热层(51)以及能够选择性地连接于所述电力供应装置(43)且介于所述支撑体(50)与所述加热层(51)之间的导电装置(55)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的贴标机,其中,所述支撑体(50)内部地限定制冷管路(47),所述制冷管路被连续供应有制冷剂。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的贴标机,其中,所述致动器装置(44)包括可活动件(65),其能够选择性地沿所述方向(X)移动且通过弹簧装置(67)的插入而被固定于所述密封元件(41),使得在所述工作表面(42)接触所述管状标签的重叠边缘(34)时所述密封元件(41)相对于所述可活动件(65)的移动受到限制,从而确保所述工作表面(42)与待焊接的所述管状标签(2)的所述轴线(F)之间的平行性。
5.根据权利要求1所述的贴标机,其中,每个变压器(56)具有初级绕组和次级绕组,所述初级绕组连接至所述电源,所述多个密封元件(41)通过相应的所述开关元件(60)并联地连接至所述次级绕组。
