Claims (5)
- 2個のシリンダが搭載されたクランクケースと、前記シリンダに搭載された2個のバルブプレートと、前記バルブプレートに搭載された2個のバルブヘッドと、複数のトランスファチューブと、を有するポンプにおいて、
前記クランクケースには、該クランクケースの対向する端部に設けられた2個のトランスファ開口部で各々開口する複数の通路を規定する複数の壁部が設けられ、
前記通路は、前記クランクケースの壁部内に配置されているとともに該壁部によって前記シリンダ内の作動空気から隔離されるよう構成され、
各前記バルブプレートが、前記シリンダの内部の作動空気と連通する吸気ポート及び排気ポートを有し、
前記バルブプレートの吸気ポート及び排気ポートは、前記バルブプレートに搭載されたフラッパバルブにより開閉されるよう構成され、
前記バルブヘッドは前記バルブプレートの吸気ポートと排気ポートとを分離するよう構成され、これにより各前記バルブヘッド内に2個の分離された気室が設けられ、
各前記バルブプレートが、吸気トランスファポート及び排気トランスファポートをさらに有し、
各前記バルブプレートの吸気トランスファポート及び排気トランスファポートのうちの一つが、該バルブプレートに関連する前記バルブヘッドによって形成される前記2個の気室のうちの一つに設けられているとともに該バルブヘッドに関連する前記シリンダの外部に配置されており、
前記トランスファチューブは、前記バルブプレートの吸気トランスファポート及び排気トランスファポートと前記クランクケースのトランスファ開口部との間を接続して、各前記気室を各前記通路に接続している
ことを特徴とするポンプ。 - 各前記トランスファチューブは各前記バルブプレートの一体部品として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のポンプ。
- 前記通路は2個の平坦な側壁を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のポンプ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記トランスファ開口部と1つの前記トランスファチューブ間に配置された弾性シールをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のポンプ。
- 前記トランスファチューブは前記バルブプレートと前記クランクケースとの間にクランプされることを特徴する請求項1記載のポンプ。
