Claims (9)
- ポンプのためのピストンおよびドライブシャフトアセンブリにおいて、
各々がヘッドと連接棒とを有する第1ピストンおよび第2ピストンと;
各々が開口を有する第1ベアリングおよび第2ベアリングと;
前記第1ベアリングの開口および第2ベアリングの開口にそれぞれ配置される第1偏心素子および第2偏心素子と、が設けられ、
前記連接棒には、第1円形開口部および第2円形開口部がそれぞれ設けられ、
前記第1ベアリングおよび前記第2ベアリングが、前記連接棒の前記第1円形開口部および前記第2円形開口部にそれぞれ配置され、
前記第1偏心素子および前記第2偏心素子には、偏心した位置に軸方向に伸びるように設けられた軸方向貫通口がそれぞれ設けられ、
前記第1ピストンのヘッドと前記第2ピストンのヘッドとが異なる大きさを有し、且つ、前記第1ピストンおよび前記第2ピストンは異なる質量を有し、
前記第1ピストンにピストンシールを搭載するために前記第1ピストンのヘッドに取り付けられた第1保持具と、前記第2ピストンにピストンシールを搭載するために前記第2ピストンのヘッドに取り付けられた第2保持具とが、前記第1ピストンのヘッドと前記第2ピストンのヘッドとの質量差に実質的に等しい質量差を有することによって、前記第1ピストンおよびその関連するアセンブリと、前記第2ピストンおよびその関連するアセンブリとが、同じ質量を有するように構成され、そして、
前記第1ピストンおよび前記第2ピストンは、前記連接棒が軸方向にずれており且つ互いに近傍にある状態で、ドライブシャフトに搭載可能である
ことを特徴とするポンプのためのピストンおよびドライブシャフトアセンブリ。 - 前記偏心素子がディスク形状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1および第2ベアリングは各々中央開口部を規定する内部レースに対して回転可能な外部レースを有し、前記外部レースは前記連接棒の前記第1および第2開口部に圧入され、前記偏心素子は前記内部レースにより規定された前記開口部内に圧入されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1保持具が前記第2保持具と異なる材料で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1保持具は亜鉛であり、前記第2保持具はマグネシウムであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1保持具は亜鉛であり、前記第2保持具はアルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1および第2ピストンの前記連接棒は1/16インチ以下に離間した前記ドライブシャフトに搭載されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1偏心素子は実質的に前記第1ピストン連接棒の軸方向寸法以下の軸方向寸法を有し、前記第2偏心素子は実質的に前記第2ピストン連接棒の軸方向寸法以下の軸方向寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- ドライブシャフトを有するモータと;
前記ドライブシャフトを収納し、且つ一対のシリンダを有するクランクケースと;
各々が前記シリンダの一方に配置されたヘッドと前記ヘッドから前記ドライブシャフトに伸びる連接棒を有する第1および第2ピストンであって、前記第1ピストンヘッドは前記第2ピストンヘッドとは異なる大きさを有する第1および第2ピストンと、前記ドライブシャフトに沿って軸方向にずれている各連接棒の開口部に配置されたベアリングと、各ベアリング内に配置され且つ前記ドライブシャフトを受ける軸方向貫通孔を有する偏心素子と、を含むピストンアセンブリと、を備え、
前記第1ピストンヘッドと前記第2ピストンヘッドとが異なる大きさを有し、且つ、前記第1ピストンおよび第2ピストンは異なる質量を有し、
前記第1ピストンにピストンシールを搭載するために前記第1ピストンヘッドに取り付けられた第1保持具と、前記第2ピストンにピストンシールを搭載するために前記第2ピストンヘッドに取り付けられた第2保持具とが、前記第1及び第2ピストンヘッド間の質量差に実質的に等しい質量差を有することによって、前記第1ピストンおよびその関連するアセンブリと前記第2ピストンおよびその関連するアセンブリとが同じ質量を有し、そして、
前記各ピストンの連接棒間に空隙を有するように、前記ピストンがドライブシャフトに搭載されていることを特徴とするポンプ。
