Claims (3)
- 固定型部材と可動型部材との間にキャビティを形成し、このキャビティに溶融樹脂を供給するために、前記キャビティに接続したゲートと、このゲートに接続したランナを設けた射出成形用金型において、
前記固定型部材及び可動型部材はアルミニウム合金から形成したものであり、これら固定型部材及び可動型部材は、それぞれ型板と、前記キャビティを形成したコアと、前記ゲート及び前記ランナを形成した流路構成部とから構成され、
前記コアの前記キャビティを構成する転写壁面と、前記流路構成部のうち、前記ゲート及び前記ランナの成形時に溶融樹脂と接触する内面とは、鉄系メッキを施したメッキ面となし、
前記型板と、前記コア及び前記流路構成部のうち成形時に溶融樹脂と接触しない壁面は、前記アルミニウム合金が無垢の状態で露出する非メッキ面とする
構成としたことを特徴とする射出成形用金型。 - 前記コア内に位置する成形品を離型させるために、成形品の突き上げ部材を挿通させる挿通孔及びこの突き上げ部材の復帰部材を挿通する挿通孔の内面に鉄系メッキを施す構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形用金型。
- 前記メッキ面には、さらに浸硫窒化処理を行う構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の射出成形用金型。
