Claims (2)
- それぞれ冷却手段を備えた固定型部材と可動型部材との間に形成されるキャビティにおけるアンダーカット部分に可動入れ子を臨ませて設けた射出成形用金型において、
前記可動入れ子はアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金で形成して、その転写面を構成する部位には鉄または鉄合金からなる鉄系メッキを施した硬質メッキ面となし、前記固定型部材との当接面はアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金を無垢な状態にした非メッキ面とし、
前記固定型部材及び前記可動型部材には、前記可動入れ子を冷却するための冷却手段を設ける
構成としたことを特徴とする射出成形用金型。 - 前記可動入れ子は、離型時にはスライドまたは回転させることによって前記固定型部材及び前記可動型部材とは独立に移動する構成となし、前記可動入れ子の前記可動型部材との摺接面を硬質メッキ面とする構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形用金型。
