Description
本発明は、石油掘削産業において石油の液相および掘削作業によって回収した泥水から固体を分離するために使用される、起振機といった振動フィルタ装置においてフィルタとして使用するためのスクリーンに関する。特に、本発明は支持フレームの構造および製造ならびにこうしたフレームの再利用に関し、この支持フレームの上に織ったすき網(wire
cloth)のようなフィルタ材料を広げて固定してスクリーンを形成するものである。
上記のようなスクリーンを用いるフィルタマシンの例は、GB 2237521およびGB 2229771に挙げられている。
本発明のある局面に従うと、織ったすき網を広げて固定して篩い分けスクリーンを形成する際にその下になるポリマ支持フレームを構成するための方法は、強化ワイヤからなる2つの並列する間隔がおかれたアレイを含むワイヤフレームアセンブリをモールド器具の中に配置するステップと、器具を閉じるステップと、液体ポリマを注入してワイヤフレーム全体を包み、剛性のフランジによりすべての側面を囲まれた直交するリブが交差する開放された中央領域を有する物品を形成するステップとを含み、各々のリブは上記ワイヤフレームアセンブリの2つの並列する間隔がおかれたワイヤを含み、ポリマ支持フレームを構成するための方法はさらに、ポリマを硬化させるステップと、器具を開放するステップと、成形された物品を取出すステップとを含む。
カット長のワイヤをジグにおいて等間隔で配置して第1のアレイを形成するステップと、
その上に第1のアレイに対して直角に、カット長のワイヤの第2のアレイを等間隔で配置するステップと、
2つのアレイのワイヤをすべての交差点において抵抗溶接して第1の直線で囲まれたマトリクスを形成し、同様のカット長のワイヤの2つの同様のアレイをジグに同様に位置決めし、直交するワイヤの交差点を抵抗溶接して第2の同様の直線で囲まれたマトリクスを形成するステップと、
直線で囲まれたマトリクスの1方の4つの側面のうち少なくとも2つでワイヤの突出した長さをプレスブレーキで曲げて、各突出した部分を初めにほぼ上方向に曲げ次にその端部に近いポイントで下向きに曲げて、各突出した長さの端部領域がマトリクスを含む面と並列して延在するがそこからはずれているようにするステップと、
その後上記1方のマトリクスの突出したワイヤのずらされた端部を、他方のマトリクスのワイヤの突出した端部に抵抗溶接するステップとを含む。
モールド器具を開放し突出したペッグを支柱から外した後、ポリマには開口部が残る。したがって好ましくは、この方法はさらに、開口部をプラスチック材料または充填材で塞ぐことを含む。
好都合なことに、ピンは構成物を構成しているワイヤの突き出した端部と整列し、プラスチック材料のスリーブによりワイヤの端部に切離し可能に接合され、対向する端部は、ピンおよび強化ワイヤ端部をそれぞれ受ける。
差別的に引張ることによって、ポリマ支持フレームに接着した後に2つのすき網のワイヤに異なる張力が生じるようにするステップを含んでもよい。
、この支持フレームにおいて、支柱のすき網係合端部の厚みは、より遠い支柱の領域の端部の厚みよりも小さい。
ショルダを規定することにより(または対向する側面の2つの段差によりショルダを形成することにより)可能であり、ショルダ上方の幅が減じられた領域は、すき網と係合するための幅が減じられたプラスチック面をもたらす。こうした配置と三角形のうねとの相違点は、前者の場合は、接着された最頂部の左または右すぐ近くの織られたすき網の下側が少なくともショルダまでは完璧に妨げられず、一方三角形のうねの場合、斜めの面はすき網を通して液体のろ過に用いられる。しかしながら実際には、より強い三角形の部分が好ましく、これは特に熱を最頂部に加えたときにうねの高さまで差別的な軟化が生じるからである。
上記のような支持フレームのためのワイヤフレームアセンブリにおいて、ワイヤの端部間に中間で横切るように延在する充填ワイヤまたは溶接ワイヤを取入れることにより、フランジにおいて並列するワイヤ間に交差点係合を導入してもよい。
図面の詳細な説明
図1は、あるフレームを示し、このフレームに、本明細書において述べる態様で織ったすき網のメッシュを張り渡して接着する。このフレームは包括的に10で示され、多数の同じような大きさの矩形の開口部を含み、その1つは12で示されており直交する部材からなり直線で囲まれたマトリクスにより形成され、直交する部材の1つは14で示されもう1つは参照番号16で示される。
料が冷えた場合に、残余の張力は広げられたすき網の層に残るであろう。通常好まれるようにもしすき網を差別的に引張って一方における張力が他方における張力よりも大きくなるようにすれば、その差はすき網に保持された残余の張力にあらわれるであろう。
この係合の詳細は図10に示してある。図9は、一般的に68で示した突出部分を含むエッジ28を示しており、この突出部分はフレームの幅にわたって延在し、協働するフレーム10のリベート74のショルダ80の下方に嵌められる。
図12、13および14は、図11に示したフレームの端面および断面図であり、図14の場合は拡大してある。

成形後にサポート挿入物またはフェルールが突出する場合、切断またはやすりがけによって除去することができる。

封止うね76が溝74の上に見えており、ここに長い雄型の「突出部」68(図9参照)が嵌められる。
好都合なことには溶接ワイヤが参照番号49で示したように、48、66(図3参照)などの上にある並列ロッド間で用いられる。
Claims (9)
- ポリマ支持フレーム(10)を構成する方法であって、前記ポリマ支持フレームの上には織ったすき網が張り渡されかつ固定されて篩い分けスクリーンを形成し、前記方法は、(a)強化ワイヤからなる第1と第2のアレイを備え、該2つのアレイが並列し間隔をあけて配置された、強化ワイヤフレームアセンブリを、モールド器具内に配置するステップと、
(b)前記モールド器具を閉じるステップと、
(c)液体ポリマを射出成形により前記モールド器具に注入することにより、前記ワイヤフレームアセンブリの前記第1と第2のアレイのワイヤ全体を包み込み、剛性のフランジにより全側面が囲まれ直交するリブが交差する開放された中央領域を有する物品を形成するステップとを含み、前記物品において前記リブは各々前記ワイヤフレームアセンブリの各アレイからの2つの並列し間隔がおかれたワイヤを含み、さらに、
(d)前記ポリマを硬化させるステップと、
(e)前記モールド器具を開放するステップと、
(f)前記物品を取出すステップとを含み、
前記モールド器具を閉じる前に、スペーサを前記ワイヤフレームアセンブリ内に配置し、前記スペーサは各々、前記第1と第2のアレイの一方または他方に取付けられ前記第1と第2のアレイ間で延在し、それにより、前記アレイがその後の成形中に内側に向かって崩壊する傾向に対し、前記スペーサが抵抗することを特徴とする、ポリマ支持フレームを構成する方法。 - 前記モールド器具の内側の面から中に向かって突き出したピンにより、内向きの力が前記モールド器具内の前記ワイヤフレームアセンブリの対向する平行な面に対して加えられ、前記ピンは、前記モールド器具が閉じたときに前記ワイヤフレームアセンブリと係合するように動作可能である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマはガラス強化プラスチック材料である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 上にはすき網があり前記すき網が加熱によって接着される前記支持フレームの周縁エッジ領域の面には、製造中、実質的に並列する複数のうねが形成され、前記うねは加熱の際
軟化し易く上にある前記すき網に接着し易いため、前記すき網は前記うねの軟化した最頂部に浸透し埋込まれる、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記周縁エッジ領域は、直交するリブが交差する開放された前記中央領域を囲む外側周辺フランジを含み、前記フランジおよびリブは、うねが形成され、そこで前記すき網と係合し、前記うねは異なる高さに延在するので、対応するうねの最頂部は異なる並列面にある、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記ピンは、強化ワイヤの前記第1と第2のアレイにおける交差点と整列する内向きに突き出したピンを含むことにより、前記アレイと、対応する前記モールド器具の上側および下側の内面との間に間隔を設けるとともに、前記アレイが、製造プロセス中に前記モールド器具に注入されるプラスチック材料内に確実に埋込まれるようにし、前記内向に突き出したピンの端部は先端に向かって先細りになり、前記モールド器具を開放した後、前記内向きに突き出したピンとワイヤとの係合が外れてポリマ内に開口部が残され、前記方法はさらに、前記開口部をプラスチック材料または充填剤で塞ぐことを含む、請求項2から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤフレームアセンブリは、前記モールド器具の壁を通して突き出して前記ワイヤフレームアセンブリと係合するとともに前記ワイヤフレームアセンブリを前記モールド器具内に正確に配置する引込み可能ピンによって、前記モールド器具内で支持され、前記引込み可能ピンは、成形ステップが完了した後前記モールド器具が開放されたときに引込められる、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記引込み可能ピンは、前記ワイヤフレームアセンブリを構成するワイヤの突出する端部と整列するとともに、前記支持フレームを形成するのに使用されるポリマと互換性があるかまたは同一であるプラスチック材料の両頭のプラスチックフェルールによって、前記ワイヤの端部に別々に接合され、前記両頭のプラスチックフェルールの対向する端部はそれぞれ、前記引込み可能ピンおよび前記強化ワイヤの端部をそれぞれ受け、前記両頭のプラスチックフェルールのそれぞれの通路は遮断されて2つの同軸の止まりボアが形成され、前記両頭のプラスチックフェルールのそれぞれは成形中にポリマに埋込まれ、係合する前記引込み可能ピンが前記器具開放の際に引込められたときポリマ内に留まり、前記遮断された通路は両頭のプラスチックフェルールの内側の端部に配置されたワイヤ端部の端部を包み込む役割を果たす、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 成形の前に、前記モールド器具に前記両頭のプラスチックフェルールが装着され、前記両頭のプラスチックフェルールは成形中にポリマ材料に一体的に接着されるので、前記モールド器具が開放されたとき、前記両頭のプラスチックフェルールは前記モールド器具から離れるとともに前記ポリマ支持フレーム内に留まり、前記支持フレームから突出する前記両頭のプラスチックフェルールのそれぞれの部分は、研削、やすり掛けまたは切断によって除去される、請求項8に記載の方法。
