Description
図1は、本発明に係る包装装置1の正面図である。また、図2は、本発明に係る包装装置1の側面図である。図1,図2および以下の各図には、各部位の位置関係を明確にするために、XYZ直交座標系が定義されている。
図4〜図7は、上記の横シール機構55をXZ平面に沿って切断した断面図である。横シール機構55の一対のシールジョー551,552は、フィルムfの搬送経路を挟んで対向配置されている。シールジョー551,552には、それぞれフィルムfの搬送経路に向かって開いた切り欠き部551a,552aが形成されており、これらの切り欠き部551a,552aを挟んで上下にシール面S1,S2,S3,S4が形成されている。シールジョー551,552は、下側のシール面S2,S4により先の包装袋の上端を熱シールし、それと同時に、上側のシール面S1,S3により後続の包装袋の下端を熱シールする。
以上、本発明の一実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記の例に限定されるものではない。たとえば、上記の例ではシールジョー551,552,溶断ナイフ553,および受け刃555の全体を金属複ホウ化物を含む焼結合金により構成したが、必ずしもこれらの部材の全体を金属複ホウ化物を含む焼結合金により構成する必要はない。たとえば、これらの部材の表面のみに金属複ホウ化物を含む焼結合金を使用してもよい。シールジョー551,552については、少なくともシール面S1,S2,S3,S4が金属複ホウ化物を含む焼結合金により構成されていればよい。溶断ナイフ553については、少なくとも先端部分553aが金属複ホウ化物を含む焼結合金により構成されていればよい。また、受け刃555については、少なくとも溶断ナイフ553との当接部分が金属複ホウ化物を含む焼結合金により構成されていればよい。

Claims (4)
- 物品をフィルムにより包装する包装装置であって、
フィルムを筒状に成形するフォーマと、
前記フォーマにより筒状に成形されたフィルム内へ物品を投入する投入部と、
前記フォーマにより筒状に成形されたフィルムの合わせ目を熱シールするシール部と、
フィルムを溶断する溶断装置と、
を備え、
前記溶断装置は、
フィルムに熱および圧力を与える溶断ナイフおよび受け刃と、
前記溶断ナイフの両側部において、前記筒状に成形された筒状フィルムを両側から挟んで熱シールする一対のシールジョーと、
前記溶断ナイフ、前記受け刃、および前記シールジョーを、ほぼ同一の温度まで加熱するヒータと、
を備え、
前記溶断ナイフの先端の曲率半径が0.05mm以上かつ0.20mm未満であり、
前記一対のシールジョーの少なくともシール面は、金属複ホウ化物を含む焼結合金により構成され、
前記溶断ナイフと前記受け刃とは、前記筒状フィルムの搬送経路を挟んで対向するように配置されており、前記溶断ナイフの先端は、前記シールジョーのシール面から前記受け刃側に飛び出しており、前記受け刃の後端部分には弾性体が連結されており、前記溶断ナイフと前記受け刃とで先に前記筒状フィルムを溶断してから、該溶断部分の両側部の前記筒状フィルムを前記一対のシールジョーのシール面で同時に熱シールすることを特徴とする包装装置。 - 請求項1に記載の包装装置であって、
前記溶断ナイフの少なくとも先端部分は、金属複ホウ化物を含む焼結合金により構成されていることを特徴とする包装装置。 - 請求項2に記載の包装装置であって、
前記溶断ナイフの少なくとも先端部分を構成する前記焼結合金は、クロム、モリブデン、ニッケル、およびタングステンのうちの少なくとも1つの成分を含むことを特徴とする包装装置。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の包装装置であって、
前記一対のシールジョーの少なくともシール面を構成する前記焼結合金は、クロム、モリブデン、ニッケル、およびタングステンのうちの少なくとも1つの成分を含むことを特徴とする包装装置。
