切削刃22呈箭头形状,从而在其中心具有一尖端26。箭头形状切削刃22的角度,相对于一个垂直于所述刀具预期的行进轨迹T的方向,表示为α,并且这个角度约为1.5度。所述切削刃22呈锯齿状,并且进一步呈单斜边状,如图3所示,其中底表面27和所述切削刃22之间的斜角β约为30度。所述导向件23是双斜边的,且底部表面27和单个斜面之间斜角γ约为30度,使得斜面总角度大约为60度。
导向件23突出于所述切削刃22之外,如图2所示。导向件23突出于所述切削刃12的尖端26以外的距离被表示为A,而且这个距离大约为1.0毫米。在图2还可以进一步看出,所述尖端26不突出于所述导向件23的斜边的起点之外。
所述安装孔24,25的形状不同,左侧安装孔24是圆形的,而右侧的安装孔25是细长的,具有两个与直壁相连的半圆形壁。所述细长孔25容许刀具被固定,即使所述压力夹紧装置的相应突起之间的距离由于制造公差而稍有变化。
在图5中,一个压力夹紧装置30被示出,其在使用中会与一个加热夹紧装置配合。所述压力夹紧装置30包括被放置在彼此顶部的两个基本相同的压力导轨31,32。所述压力导轨31,32分别具有一个轨道,其中被布置有密封垫盘34。所述压力导轨31,32在压力夹紧装置上间隔一个微小的距离而设置,使得在所述导轨31,32之间形成槽33。所述槽33的形成以容纳刀具10,并且允许所述刀具在切割操作期间退出所述槽33。
所述槽33的高度H大于所述刀具10的厚度。在图6中,展示出了在密封操作过程中与压力夹紧装置30相互作用的加热夹紧装置40。所述加热夹紧装置40包括感应器41,通常仅包括一个在切割动作过程中所述刀具10可以进入的浅槽44。所述感应器还具有由槽44分开的上部42和下部43,也参见图7所示。所述感应器41还包括在密封过程中用于加热包装材料的上部导体45和下部导体46,以及一个冷却导管47以冷却感应器41。
在使用时,所述刀具10被固定在压力夹紧装置30的一个支架内。所述刀具10自动地被压力夹紧装置30的往复运动(例如通过一个凸轮装置)所激活。在密封操作末期,其中包装材料管的密封已执行,所述刀具10被在横向所述管的方向T上驱动,以便将所述密封管分离成单独的枕形包装。所述刀具进入包装材料管的横向密封区的中心。所述横向密封区如图10所示,并以5标记,包括两个所述刀具在其间活动的横向密封圈50a,50b。所述密封区垂直于所述管的延伸的宽度,不大于所述锯齿状切削刃22的宽度。
在切割操作中,所述刀具10被导向密封区。图8和图9示出了当导向件23刚完全进入槽44时,导向件23和切削刃22的尖端的位置。双斜边导向件23容易地进入槽44,并准确定位刀具10在槽44中的位置,参见图9。切削刃22的尖端26直到导向件23已经完全进入槽44时才进入槽44,如图8和图9所示。由于刀具10现已精确地定位在槽44中,单斜边切削刃22完全借助导向件23被导入槽44中。这种切削刃23的引导使得能够为刀具10形成具有非常细微的公差且只有非常小的间隙的引导槽44,这相比于具有较宽的间隙改善了切割性能。
在一个方面,本发明提供了一种带导向件的刀具,该导向件被设置成在切削刃之前激活以控制进入槽中的切削刃的准确定位。在一个实施方式中,切削刃是具有一中央尖端的箭头形,使得切割动作逐步且需要更少的力来推动刀具通过包装材料。在一个实施方式中,切削刃是单斜边。在本发明的又一个方面中,导向件是双斜边的。
如前述所提到的切削刃22是具有中央尖端26的箭头形。在这里将尖端26的使用相对于图10进行说明。图10中被隐藏的尖端26的位置,用短线标明。在使用中,当刀具10接近包装材料管52上的横向密封区50时,所述尖端(26)被设计成在所述切削刃(22)的余部之前首先接触到所述包装材料(52),并切割包装材料重叠区域(54)。重叠区域54是沿卷材的纵向边缘彼此重叠并密封的区域,如本申请的介绍部分所提到的那样。由于包装材料的余料层存在,在所需的力方面,将是最难切穿的;同时由于有更多的粘性聚合物材料存在,重叠区域54将是发生延迟分离风险最高的区域。通过启动尖端26在重叠区域54的切割,将所有力可以集中在一个单一的点从而确保刀具10的穿透。此外,由于尖端26首先到达管,所以在重叠区域54,所述刀具10在切割件之间以使切割件保持分离的时间将尽可能长。这降低了这些切割件再次相互粘合的风险,并因此使发生延迟分离的风险最小化。
安装孔24,25可以具有圆形或者细长孔以外的其它形状。如果孔24,25的形状不同,并且相应的不同形状的安装点被提供在压力夹紧装置30中,所述刀具只能以一种方式安装。借助所述的配置,可以获得良好的切割性能。左边的安装孔24,例如可是正方形,和右边的安装孔25,例如可以是三角形,且压力夹紧装置30具有相应形状的安装点。
即使所示的压力夹紧装置30包括两个压力导轨31,32,也能够从单件或从以不同方式固定的不同的件形成类似的设置。
刀具10可通过本领域技术人员已知的铸造,锻造,磨或研磨,或它们的组合的方式来形成。
即使已表明刀具被安装在所述压力夹紧装置30,在加热夹紧装置40安装所述刀具并且在所述压力夹紧装置30中具有浅槽亦是可能的。
刀具10被描述为0.75毫米厚,但它可以在范围为0.5至1.25毫米内。所述单斜边切割刃22被指定为30度,但也可以是25和35度之间。相应地,双斜边导向件23被指定为具有约60度的倾斜角,但该倾斜角可以是40-80度。
密封夹紧装置意欲描述任一压力夹紧装置或加热夹紧装置。密封夹紧装置组件表示压力夹紧装置30和加热夹紧装置40的组合。
上述加热夹紧装置40描述为带有感应器,用于感应加热,但它当然可以有其它形式的热密封,诸如脉冲加热,恒定的加热或超声密封,正如本领域技术人员已知的,而且不偏离本发明。
所描述的与本发明的任何方面关联的所有特征可用于本发明的任何其他方面。这意味着特征a)单斜边切削刃,b)箭形切削刃,c)双斜边切削刃,d)不同形状的安装孔,e)具有一个,两个或多个导向件等可单独应用或以它们的任意组合应用。
尽管本发明已经参照优选实施方式进行了描述,但是应该理解,各种在本发明的范围之内修改也是可能的。
在本说明书中,除非明确另外指出,单词‘或’用在规定条件之一或两者均被满足时,返回一个真值;相对应的,“异或”这要求仅条件之一被满足。所述词语“包含”是用在'包括',而不是指“由…组成”。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于灌装机密封夹紧装置的刀具(10),所述刀具(10)在使用中被配置在第一构件(30)中,并被设计成与第二构件(40)的凹槽(44)配合使用,所述刀具(10)具有刀体(21),所述刀体(21)一侧带有切削刃(22)以切割包装材料(52),所述刀体(21)还具有导向件(23),所述导向件(23)被设计成进入凹槽(44)以控制所述切削刃(22)进入所述凹槽(44)的运动,所述导向件(23)被设计成在所述切削刃(22)进入所述凹槽(44)之前进入所述凹槽(44)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刀具(10),其中在所述刀体(21)上的所述切削刃(22)的任意一侧具有两个导向件(23)。
3.根据前述任一权利要求所述的刀具(10),其中所述第一构件(30)是压力夹紧装置,并且所述第二构件(40)是加热夹紧装置。
4.根据前述任一权利要求所述的刀具(10),其中所述切削刃(22)是单斜边的。
5.根据前述任一权利要求所述的刀具(10),其中所述切削刃(22)是双斜边的。
6.根据前述任一权利要求所述的刀具(10),其中所述切削刃(22)具有带尖端(26)的箭头形状。
7.根据权利要求6所述的刀具(10),其中所述尖端(26)被设计成在所述切削刃(22)的余部之前首先接触到所述包装材料(52),并切割包装材料重叠区域(54)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的刀具(10),其中所述尖端(26)位于所述切削刃(22)的中间。
9.根据前述任一权利要求所述的刀具(10),其中所述切削刃(22)是锯齿状的。
10.根据前述任一权利要求所述的刀具(10),其中所述刀体(21)被设置成具有非对称安装点(24,25)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的刀具(10),其中所述本体(11)上的安装孔(24;25)中的一个较另一个安装孔(25;24)具有不同形状。
12.密封夹紧装置组件,其包括压力夹紧装置(30)和加热夹紧装置(40),以及权利要求1-11任一所述的刀具(10)。
