Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure the easy formation of a film and unify the thickness and composition thereof by causing the reaction of the nitrate of each element constituting an oxide superconductor with carboxylic acid for preparing an organic solution containing the predetermined ratio of carboxylate, applying said solution to a base material, decomposing the film of the solution thermally and subjecting the film to heat treatment in an environment containing oxygen. CONSTITUTION:First, the nitrate of each element constituting an oxide superconductor is made to react with carboxylic acid and the carboxylate of each element is thereby generated. Then, carboxylate is extracted using an organic solvent such as xylene, toluene and alcohol and an organic solution containing the predetermined ratio of carboxylate is thereby prepared. Then, this organic solution is applied to a base material. A material having a linear expansion coefficient of 5X10<-6>/K to 25X10<-6>/K in a bilateral direction is used as said base material. And a film so made is thermally decomposed and the oxide of each element constituting the oxide superconductor is thereby formed. And the application of said organic solution and the thermal decomposition thereof are repeated, thereby obtaining a desired film thickness. The film is subjected to heat treatment in an environment containing oxygen and the film of the oxide superconductor is thereby obtained.
