Claims (6)
- 等速自在継手の外側継手部材の開口端部に装着される大径部と、等速自在継手の内側継手部材に連結されたシャフトに装着される小径部と、大径部と小径部との間に設けられ、軸方向に沿って交互に配設される山と谷とを有する蛇腹部とを備えた等速自在継手用ブーツにおいて、大径部および小径部に山を隣設させ、軸方向中央部の山谷を基準として、この基準の山谷よりも小径部側の山谷の肉厚を、基準の山谷の基準肉厚よりも小さくし、基準の山谷よりも大径部側の山谷の肉厚を、前記基準肉厚よりも大きくすると共に、大径部に隣設する山の肉厚を前記基準肉厚とすることを特徴とする等速自在継手用ブーツ。
- 基準肉厚よりも大きい山の肉厚を、基準肉厚よりも大きい谷の肉厚よりも大きくしたことを特徴とした請求項1の等速自在継手用ブーツ。
- 蛇腹部は、その山が7個であり、その谷が6個であって、小径部から3番目の山および谷が基準となることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2の等速自在継手用ブーツ。
- 山谷の肉厚を85%から115%の範囲で増減させたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかの等速自在継手用ブーツ。
- 任意に選択した2つの山および谷の肉厚の差を一定に維持させて、山谷の肉厚を85%から115%の範囲で増減させたことを特徴とする請求項4の等速自在継手用ブーツ。
- ブーツ材料が、エステル系、オレフィン系、ウレタン系、アミド系、スチレン系等の熱可塑性エラストマーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかの等速自在継手用ブーツ。
