Description
Claims (13)
- 電子が入射するとX線を生成するように構成される複数のターゲット領域を備えるX線管用の陽極であって、該陽極は、前記複数のターゲット領域からの前記X線が通過することによって少なくとも部分的に該陽極によってコリメーションされるように構成される複数のX線開口を画成し、それぞれの該X線開口は、前記複数のターゲット領域のそれぞれからのX線が通過することができるように構成され、該陽極は2つの部分で形成され、前記複数のX線開口は前記2つの部分の間に画成されることを特徴とするX線管用の陽極。
- 前記2つの部分は、共通電位に保持されるように構成される、請求項1に記載のX線管用の陽極。
- 電子が前記複数のターゲット領域のそれぞれに入射されるようにすることによって、X線を前記ターゲット領域のそれぞれから独立に生成することができる、請求項1乃至2のいずれかに記載のX線管用の陽極。
- 複数の電子開口がさらに画定され、それぞれの電子開口は電子が通過して複数のターゲット領域のそれぞれに電子が到達することができるように構成されている請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のX線管用の陽極。
- 前記電子が該陽極に近づく時に、前記電子の進行方向に垂直に存在する電界成分がほぼゼロであるように形作られる、請求項4に記載のX線管用の陽極。
- 前記陽極に向かう電子に面し且つ前記複数の電子開口が形成される表面を有し、前記表面は、前記電子の進行方向に垂直になるように構成される、請求項5に記載のX線管用の陽極。
- それぞれの前記電子開口は、該陽極に近づく前記電子の進行方向にほぼ平行であるように構成される側面を有する、請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のX線管用の陽極。
- 前記複数のターゲット領域のそれぞれは前記電子が衝突するターゲット面を有し、
前記複数の電子開口のそれぞれは、前記電子が通過して前記ターゲット面のそれぞれに到達することができる電子ビーム方向を画定し、前記電子ビーム方向は、前記ターゲット表面に対して10°以下の角度である、請求項5乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のX線管用の陽極。 - 前記電子ビーム方向は、前記ターゲット表面に対して5°以下の角度である、請求項8に記載のX線管用の陽極。
- 前記陽極を冷却するように構成される冷却手段をさらに備える、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のX線管用の陽極。
- 前記冷却手段は、該陽極を通して冷却液を運ぶように構成される冷却液導管を備える、請求項10に記載のX線管用の陽極。
- 前記冷却液導管は、前記2つの部分の間に画定されるチャネル内に設けられる、請求項11に記載のX線管用の陽極。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の陽極を含むX線管。
