Claims (4)
- 略鉛直方向に延びる空気吸入部を有する細長い空気流通路と、
上記空気吸入部に対して流体の移動が可能になるように連通し、該空気吸入部から所定角度で下方に向かって延びるように設けられた吸気口アームと、
上記吸気口アーム内に設けられていて、該吸気口アーム内に複数の空気流路を規定するための複数のグリル・ルーバーと、
上記吸気口アーム内に設けられていて、上記グリル・ルーバーの複数の空気流路から空気と共に流れてくる水の流れの向きを変更するためのスプラッシュ・シールドと、
上記空気流通路を流れる空気に対してその移動を許容するフィルターの設けられたフィルター・ハウジングと、
を備え、
上記スプラッシュ・シールドは、上記吸気口アームの下流端の開口の上側寄りの部分のみを閉塞するように形成されている、吸気システム。 - 上記吸気口アーム内の上記複数のグリル・ルーバーと上記空気吸入部との間に形成された隙間部と、
上記吸気口アームから水が流れ出るように上記隙間部に対応して該吸気口アーム内に形成された逆流面と、をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の吸気システム。 - 上記空気吸入部から上記吸気口アームよりも下方に向かって延びるように設けられた喉室と、
上記喉室に設けられた排水部と、をさらに備えている、請求項1又は2に記載の吸気システム。 - 上記空気流通路はさらに、
上記空気吸入部から略水平方向に延びる横断部と、
上記横断部から下方に向かって延びる降下部と、を備えており、
上記吸気口アームと上記横断部との間隔が上部高さとなる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の吸気システム。
