Description
本発明の目的は、セメント組成物用に改善された促進剤組成物を提供することである。
本発明に好適なアルミニウム塩は、好ましくは硫酸アルミニウムおよび水酸化アルミニウムを含む。本発明において使用される硫酸アルミニウムを、当該技術分野において既知のあらゆる硫酸アルミニウムの材料から選択してもよい。好ましい材料は、硫酸アルミニウム水和物(hydrated aluminium sulphate)であり、多くの商用銘柄がある。さらに、非晶質水酸化アルミニウム(amorphous aluminium hydroxide)などのいかなる市販の水酸化アルミニウムをも使用してもよい。
すべてのかかる水酸化アルミニウムが満足のいく結果を出すにもかかわらず、より最近の製造日のものほど、より良い結果となることが当てはまる。少ない割合の炭酸アルミニウム(5重量%まで)を含有する水酸化アルミニウムは、溶解が容易であり、したがって好ましい材料である。
本発明は、全ての部およびパーセンテージを重量で表現する以下の非限定の例を参照に説明する。
しかしながら、例1のゆっくりした凝固は、6時間後、1日後および7日後、優れた強度をもたらす。
Claims (6)
- グリシンおよびアスパラギン酸から選択される少なくとも1種のα−アミノ酸、硫酸アルミニウムおよび水酸化アルミニウムを含むセメント組成物の硬化を促進するための促進剤組成物であって、α−アミノ酸が組成物の0.5〜10重量%の用量で、硫酸アルミニウムが組成物の20〜60重量%の用量で、水酸化アルミニウムが組成物の0重量%より大きく30重量%までの用量で存在する、前記促進剤組成物。
- 促進剤組成物が、アルカリフリーの促進剤である、請求項1に記載の促進剤組成物。
- さらにギ酸、フッ酸、リン酸、亜リン酸およびピロリン酸の少なくとも1つである酸を組成物の0重量%より大きく10重量%までの用量でおよび/または硫酸マグネシウムを含む、請求項1または2に記載の促進剤組成物。
- セメント組成物を基材に塗布する方法であって、1回分の流動性セメント組成物を混合するステップ、および、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の促進剤組成物を添加するステップを含む、前記方法。
- 促進剤組成物を添加するステップが、スプレーノズルでセメント組成物に促進剤組成物を注入することによるものである、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 請求項4または5に記載の方法により基材に塗布した硬化したセメント層。
