Claims (2)
- ポリオレフィン系樹脂100重量部にメラミンシアヌレート2〜30重量部、導電性カーボン、発泡剤及び架橋剤を添加混練し、得られた架橋性発泡性組成物を加圧下に140〜170℃で加熱した後、除圧し、発泡体を生成させることを特徴とする難燃性導電性架橋ポリオレフィン系発泡体の製造方法。
- ポリオレフィン系樹脂100重量部にメラミンシアヌレート2〜30重量部、導電カーボン、発泡剤及び架橋剤を添加混練し、得られた架橋性発泡性組成物を加圧下で発泡剤が分解し発泡ガスを発生しない状態で加熱することによって、該組成物を架橋せしめ、次いで得られた架橋性発泡性組成物を金型から取り出して急激に発泡もしくは膨張させないように常圧下で145〜210℃で加熱し、発泡させることを特徴とする難燃性導電性架橋ポリオレフィン系発泡体の製造方法。
