Abstract
또한 본 발명에 의한 전도성 발포폼의 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 전도성 발포폼은 전도성 물질 내첨형 타입으로서, 종래기술의 전도성 물질 외첨형 타입에 의한 전도성 발포폼보다 제조공정이 단순하고, 제조완료된 전도성 발포폼에 대한 물리?화학적 외력에 의한 내구성이 뛰어난 효과가 있으며, 전도성 물질 내첨형 타입의 종래기술 중, 카본블랙을 포함하는 전도성 발포폼에 비하여 표면저항 값이 작아 정전기와 같은 일정의 전기적인 외부충격에 대하여 뛰어난 전도성을 갖고, 전도성 조성물이 내첨된 발포폼의 외부 물리력에 대한 내구성을 나타내는 마모량 역시 우수한 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 의한 탄소나노튜브를 이용한 전도성 발포폼 제조방법을 나타내는 공정 블럭도(전자선가교).
도 3의 (a)는 종래기술에 의한 전도성 발포폼을 나타내는 부분단면도(발포폼의 표면을 전도성 물질을 포함하는 코팅물로 코팅한 경우).
도 3의 (b)는 종래기술에 의한 전도성 발포폼을 나타내는 부분단면도(발포폼의 표면에 전도성 물질을 포함하는 필름으로 접합한 경우).
도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 의한 탄소나노튜브를 이용한 전도성 발포폼을 나타내는 부분단면도.

- 삭제
- 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트(EVA) 공중합체 수지 또는 폴리올레핀계 공중합체 수지 중 어느 하나로 구성되는 기본수지 100중량부에 대하여,
평균직경 1~150nm와 평균길이 1~30㎛를 갖는 탄소나노튜브(CNT) 0.1~10중량부, 가교제 0.1~5중량부, 발포제 1~30중량부를 포함하는 전도성 발포폼 혼합물을 준비하는 혼합물준비공정(S100)과;
압출기를 이용하여 상기 혼합물준비공정(S100)에서 준비된 전도성 발포폼 혼합물을 모판에 압출성형하는 압출공정(S200)과;
상기 압출공정(S200) 처리로 압출된 모판을 혼합물준비공정(S100)에서 포함된 가교제로서 화학적으로 가교하고, 발포제로서 발포하는 가교?발포공정(S300)으로 구성되는 탄소나노튜브를 이용한 전도성 발포폼 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 전도성 발포폼 혼합물은 상기 기본수지 100중량부에 대하여 평균입자 크기 100~450nm의 리튬, 나트륨, 칼륨, 베릴륨, 마그네슘, 칼슘 중 어느 하나 또는 2 이상의 무기금속 0.1~10중량부를 더 포함하는 것에 특징이 있는 탄소나노튜브를 이용한 전도성 발포폼 제조방법.

상기 압출공정(S200) 처리로 압출된 모판에 100~1500kv의 전압과 0.1~5.0Mrad의 전자선량을 갖는 전자선을 조사하여 모판을 가교하는 전자선가교공정(S300')과;
상기 전자선가교공정(S300') 처리된 모판을 발포제로서 발포하는 발포공정(S400')으로 구성되는 탄소나노튜브를 이용한 전도성 발포폼 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 전도성 발포폼 혼합물은 상기 기본수지 100중량부에 대하여 평균입자 크기 100~450nm의 리튬, 나트륨, 칼륨, 베릴륨, 마그네슘, 칼슘 중 어느 하나 또는 2이상의 무기금속 0.1~10중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브를 이용한 전도성 발포폼 제조방법.
