Claims (4)
- 湾曲した集合部排気管の入口に複数の上流側排気管が接続されるとともに、この集合部排気管の内部に、排気干渉を回避するように流路を区画する仕切り板を、該集合部排気管の湾曲形状に沿って配置してなる内燃機関の排気装置において、上記仕切り板に、流れに直交する方向に沿って延びた補強用の突条部を備えるとともに、この突条部が、該仕切り板の湾曲の外側に突出しており、この突条部は、仕切り板の一方の面に固定された細長い別部材からなることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気装置。
- 湾曲した集合部排気管の入口に複数の上流側排気管が接続されるとともに、この集合部排気管の内部に、排気干渉を回避するように流路を区画する仕切り板を、該集合部排気管の湾曲形状に沿って配置してなる内燃機関の排気装置において、上記仕切り板に、流れに直交する方向に沿って延びた補強用の第1突条部を備えるとともに、流れ方向に沿って延びた第2突条部を備え、これらの第1,第2突条部が、該仕切り板の湾曲の外側に突出しており、これらの第1,第2突条部は、それぞれ仕切り板を部分的に膨出させたビードからなり、上記第1突条部は上記第2突条部よりも下流側に位置していることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気装置。
- 湾曲した集合部排気管の入口に複数の上流側排気管が接続されるとともに、この集合部排気管の内部に、排気干渉を回避するように流路を区画する仕切り板を、該集合部排気管の湾曲形状に沿って配置してなる内燃機関の排気装置において、上記仕切り板に、流れに直交する方向に沿って延びた補強用の突条部を備えるとともに、この突条部が、該仕切り板の湾曲の外側に突出しており、かつ上記仕切り板の下流側端部の中央部を、拘束部材を介して集合部排気管に固定したことを特徴とする内燃機関の排気装置。
- 上記仕切り板は、上流側端部が上記上流側排気管とともに固定支持されているとともに、下流側端部が上記集合部排気管内で自由端となっており、この下流側端部近傍に上記突条部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の排気装置。
