Claims (5)
- 組織学用カセットと標本スライドを照合する照合装置であって、
前記照合装置はミクロトーム(1)を備え、
組織学用カセット(30)のデータ(33)と少なくとも1つの標本スライド(60)のデータ(33)を読み取る少なくとも1つの読取ユニット(80)が、前記ミクロトーム(1)と関係して設けられ、
データ通信手段(101)が、前記ミクロトーム(1)と前記読取ユニット(80)との間に設けられ、
前記読取ユニット(80)は、前記組織学用カセット(30)の前記データ(33)と前記標本スライド(60)の前記データ(33)との間の一致の程度に従い信号を出力する少なくとも1つの指示エレメント(83)を備えるとともに、前記組織学用カセット(30)の前記データ(33)と前記標本スライド(60)の前記データ(33)とのデータ間の一致がないときに、前記ミクロトーム(1)による切り取り工程を中止する信号を前記ミクロトーム(1)に出力する、
ことを特徴とする照合装置。 - 前記組織学用カセット(30)の前記データ(33)と前記標本スライド(60)の前記データ(33)は、バーコード及び/又は読み取り可能な文字の形態であり、
前記読取ユニット(80)は、バーコードスキャナー及び/又は組み込まれた文字認識装置を有するスキャナーであり、
前記読取ユニット(80)は、前記組織学用カセット(30)又は前記標本スライド(60)の前記データ(33)を検知することができる開口(82)又は窓を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照合装置。 - 前記指示エレメント(83)はディスプレイであり、
前記信号は、前記組織学用カセット(30)の前記データ(33)と前記標本スライド(60)の前記データ(33)との間の一致性に関するデータである、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の照合装置。 - 前記指示エレメント(83)は、第一光源(85)、第二光源(86)及び第三光源(87)を備え、
前記第一光源(85)は青信号を発し、前記第二光源(86)は黄信号を発し、そして前記第三光源(87)は赤信号を発する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の照合装置。 - 組織学用カセットと標本スライドを照合する照合方法であって、
(a)少なくとも1つの読取ユニット(80)を使用して、前記組織学用カセット(30)と前記標本スライド(60)に割り当てられるデータ(33)を読み取る工程、
(b)前記組織学用カセット(30)から読み取った前記データと前記標本スライド(60)から読み取った前記データ(33)とを比較する工程、
(c)指示エレメント(83)によって、前記組織学用カセット(30)の前記データ(33)と前記標本スライド(60)の前記データ(33)との間の一致の程度を知らせる視覚的及び/又は聴覚的信号を出力する工程、及び
(d)前記組織学用カセット(30)の前記データ(33)と前記標本スライド(60)の前記データ(33)とのデータ間の一致がないときに、前記ミクロトーム(1)による切り取り工程を中止する信号を前記読取ユニット(80)から前記ミクロトーム(1)に出力する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする照合方法。
