Claims (5)
- ケーシング内に形成されるガス通路の一端に、燃料蒸気が導入されるチャージポートとエンジンの吸気系へ連通するパージポートとが設けられるとともに、上記ガス通路の他端に大気へ連通する大気ポートが設けられ、かつ、温度変化に応じて潜熱の吸収および放出を生じる相変化物質が、疎水性の熱硬化性樹脂からなる内層と、この内層を覆う親水性の熱可塑性樹脂からなる外層と、を含む多層構造の外郭体の内部に封入されたマイクロカプセルを含む粒状の蓄熱材が、粒状の吸着材とともに充填された蓄熱吸着室が上記ガス通路に形成されていることを特徴とするキャニスタ。
- 上記蓄熱材が、上記マイクロカプセルをバインダとともに成形したものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャニスタ。
- 上記外層がポリビニルアルコールにより成形され、上記バインダがフェノール樹脂により成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のキャニスタ。
- 上記蓄熱吸着室に隣接する空隙室に、上記蓄熱吸着室と空隙室とを仕切る移動可能な可動仕切板を蓄熱吸着室側へ付勢して、上記蓄熱吸着室を加圧状態に維持する付勢部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のキャニスタ。
- 上記ガス通路に、粒状の吸着材のみが充填された吸着室が、上記蓄熱吸着室よりも大気ポート寄りに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のキャニスタ。
