Description
Bi2O3、PbO、SrCO3、CaCO3、およびCuOを、Bi:Pb:Sr:Ca:Cu=1.7:0.4:2.0:2.0:3.0になるように配合して、硝酸に溶解した溶液を高温中で噴霧乾燥し、粉末とした。
Claims (5)
- Bi−Sr−Ca−Cuまたは(Bi,Pb)−Sr−Ca−Cuの組成における2223組成を有する2223相を含むビスマス系酸化物超電導体の製造方法であって、
Bi−Sr−Ca−Cuまたは(Bi,Pb)−Sr−Ca−Cuの組成における2212組成を有する2212相であって当該2212相の臨界温度が70K以下のものだけを含む原料を、金属シース中に充填するステップと、
前記金属シースに対して、塑性加工および熱処理を施すステップを含み、
前記原料において、2212相以外の副相の平均粒径が5μm以下である、ビスマス系酸化物超電導体の製造方法。 - 前記原料中において、Bi−Sr−Ca−Cuまたは(Bi,Pb)−Sr−Ca−Cuの組成における2223組成を有する2223相がほとんど存在しないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のビスマス系酸化物超電導体の製造方法。
- 前記塑性加工および熱処理を施すステップにおいて、金属シース中において、原料の外周部から内周部にかけて、Bi−Sr−Ca−Cuまたは(Bi,Pb)−Sr−Ca−Cuの組成における2223組成を有する2223相が順次生成することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のビスマス系酸化物超電導体の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のビスマス系酸化物超電導体の製造方法によって製造された超電導線。
- 配向乱れ角度が8.5°以下であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の超電導線。
