Claims (2)
- 筒部および底部を一体に有するハウジングと、ハウジングの筒部の内周面に接着固定される軸受スリーブと、軸受スリーブの内周に挿入され、ハウジングおよび軸受スリーブに対して相対回転する軸部材と、ラジアル軸受隙間に生じる流体の潤滑膜で軸部材をラジアル方向に非接触支持するラジアル軸受部とを備えた流体軸受装置において、
前記ハウジングは、軸心上となる底部の中央に点状ゲートを設けた樹脂の射出成形により形成されたもので、
前記ラジアル軸受部は軸方向に離隔して2箇所に設けられ、
筒部の内周面のうち軸受スリーブの外周面と対向する領域に、接着剤溜りとして利用可能な射出成形時の樹脂のヒケが形成され、このヒケが凹状の接着剤溜りとして使用されており、これにより、
前記接着剤溜りは、軸方向に隣接する前記2つのラジアル軸受部に跨って設けられ、かつ、その最深部が前記2つのラジアル軸受部間の領域に対応する位置に設けられていることを特徴とする流体軸受装置。 - 請求項1に記載の流体軸受装置を備えたディスク装置のスピンドルモータ。
