トルエン200ml中のビス(4−アミノフェニル)メタン(100g)と、プロピレンカーボネート中硝酸ランタン六水和物の20%濃度溶液2.5gを、撹拌しながら55℃に加熱する。エピクロロヒドリン(208g)を210分間の過程で計り入れ、その後に、反応混合物をさらに15時間、撹拌しながら、80℃に維持する。
硝酸ランタン六水和物を微粉砕粉末(finely milled powder)として、トルエン中アミン溶液に加えること以外は、実施例1を繰り返す。N−グリシジルアミンは、8.77eq/kg(理論値の80%)のエポキシド含量と、4600mPasの50℃における粘度を有した。

Claims (6)
- 芳香族N−グリシジルアミンの製造方法であって、少なくとも1個の芳香族アミン水素原子を含有するアミンを、該芳香族アミンのアミン水素1当量につき少なくとも0.7当量のエピクロロヒドリンと共に、プロピレンカーボネート中に溶解した触媒としての、硝酸の二価又は多価金属塩を用いて加熱し、生成物を次に脱塩化水素する方法。
- 用いる触媒が硝酸ランタン又は硝酸ランタン水和物である、請求項1記載の方法。
