Description
フィルムと塗膜とをより強固に密着させるために、アクリル系樹脂に末端イソシアネート含有化合物等の架橋剤を添加してもよい。
一方、その遮光塗膜が不要となったときには、有機溶媒を多量に使用することなく、アルカリ性の除去液にて簡単に除去し得るものである。
下記表1に記載のベース層塗料配合(重量部)を、アキレスノンキリー(塩化ビニル系樹脂フィルム)にグラビア法にて塗工し、90℃×30程乾燥させ、ベースフィルムとした。
一方、下記表1に記載の処方(重量部)により、本発明の遮光剤を得た。得られた遮光剤を、前記ベースフィルムにスプレー塗工し、その塗膜の状態、塗膜の耐水性および除去性を一定の基準により評価し、その結果をあわせて表1中に示した。
*2:酸価60;分子量20万以上;固形分47%のアクリル系樹脂エマルジョン
*3:酸価200;分子量20万以上;固形分32%のアクリル系樹脂エマルジョン
*4:酸価400;分子量20万以上;固形分30%のアクリル系樹脂エマルジョン
屋外に展張した前記フィルムへ各遮光剤を噴霧器にて、30%遮光になるように噴霧し均一に吹付けた。吹付け後屋外にて約1ヶ月間放置し、遮光塗布膜の落ちた程度を、目視により以下の基準で判定した。
◎:塗膜が80%以上残っている。
○:塗膜が60〜80%未満残っている。
□:塗膜が40〜60%未満残っている。
△:塗膜が10〜40%未満残っている。
×:塗膜が10%未満しか残っていない。
◎:塗膜が80%以上落ちた。
○:塗膜が60〜80%未満落ちた。
□:塗膜が40〜60%未満落ちた。
△:塗膜が10〜40%未満落ちた。
×:塗膜が10%未満しか落ちない。
Claims (2)
- 塩化ビニル系農業用フィルムの少なくとも一方の面に、水酸基含有モノマーを共重合したアクリル系樹脂をコーティングして塗膜を形成したフィルムを、該塗膜が設けられた面を外側にして展張した後、アルカリ性除去剤にて除去可能であって、白色顔料と酸価30〜300のアクリル系樹脂エマルジョンからなる農業用遮光剤を塩化ビニル系農業用フィルム上にスプレー塗工することを特徴とする農業用遮光剤の塗工方法。
- 白色顔料が、炭酸カルシウム、酸化チタンから選択される少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の農業用遮光剤の塗工方法。
