Description
なお、3層以上の多層構造である場合には、両最外層を同じ種類の樹脂とし、ヒンダートアミン系化合物を添加しておくと、どちらの面を外側にして展張しても同じ効果が得られるため、好ましい。
一方、その遮光塗膜が不要となったときには、有機溶媒を多量に使用することなく、アルカリ性の除去液にて簡単に除去し得るものである。
下記表1に記載の処方(重量部)による外層/中間層/内層の3層構造を有するオレフィン系樹脂フィルム(厚み:0.1mm;層比:外層/中間層/内層=1/3/1)をインフレーション法により調製した。
得られたオレフィン系樹脂フィルムを用いて、農業用ハウスに展張して、表中に示した本発明の遮光剤を、スプレー塗工し、その時形成された塗膜の状態、塗膜の持続性および除去性を一定の基準により評価し、その結果をあわせて表1中に示した。
*2:酸価60;分子量20万以上;固形分47%のアクリル系樹脂エマルジョン
*3:酸価200;分子量20万以上;固形分32%のアクリル系樹脂エマルジョン
*4:酸価400;分子量20万以上;固形分30%のアクリル系樹脂エマルジョン
屋外に展張した前記フィルムへ各遮光剤を噴霧器にて、30%遮光になるように噴霧し均一に吹付けた。吹付け後屋外にて約1ヶ月間放置し、遮光塗布膜の落ちた程度を、目視により以下の基準で判定した。
◎:塗膜が80%以上残っている。
○:塗膜が60〜80%未満残っている。
□:塗膜が40〜60%未満残っている。
△:塗膜が10〜40%未満残っている。
×:塗膜が10%未満しか残っていない。
◎:塗膜が80%以上落ちた。
○:塗膜が60〜80%未満落ちた。
□:塗膜が40〜60%未満落ちた。
△:塗膜が10〜40%未満落ちた。
×:塗膜が10%未満しか落ちない。
下記表2に記載の処方(重量部)による外層/中間層/内層の3層構造を有するオレフィン系樹脂フィルム(厚み:0.1mm;層比:外層/中間層/内層=1/3/1)をインフレーション法により調製した。
得られたオレフィン系樹脂フィルムを用いて、農業用ハウスに展張して、表中に示した本発明の遮光剤を、スプレー塗工し、その時形成された塗膜の状態、塗膜の持続性および除去性を一定の基準により評価し、その結果をあわせて表2中に示した。
なお、表2中の注記は、表1中のものと同一である。
Claims (4)
- ヒンダートアミン系化合物0.05〜2重量部含有する農業用オレフィン系樹脂フィルムに塗布され、白色顔料とアクリル系樹脂エマルジョンからなり、形成された遮光層がアルカリ性除去剤にて除去可能であることを特徴とする農業用遮光剤。
- 白色顔料が、炭酸カルシウム、酸化チタンから選択される少なくとも一種であり、アクリル系樹脂エマルジョンが酸価30〜300の水系樹脂エマルジョンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の農業用遮光剤。
- 農業用オレフィン系樹脂フィルムが多層構造であり、少なくとも外層にヒンダートアミン系化合物を含有させることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の農業用遮光剤。
- ヒンダートアミン系化合物を0.05〜2重量部含有する農業用オレフィン系樹脂フィルムを展張した後、アルカリ性除去剤にて除去可能であって、白色顔料とアクリル系樹脂エマルジョンからなる遮光剤を農業用オレフィン系樹脂フィルム上にスプレー塗工することを特徴とする農業用遮光剤の塗工方法。
