図1を参照すると、本実施形態のカーボンナノチューブ複合物100は、複数のカーボンナノチューブ111を含む。前記複数のカーボンナノチューブ111は同じ方向に沿って、前記複数のカーボンナノチューブ複合物100の表面に平行に配列されている。前記複数のカーボンナノチューブ111は分子間力で端と端が接続されている。前記複数のカーボンナノチューブ111は、複数のカーボンナノチューブセグメント(図示せず)に形成されている。単一の前記カーボンナノチューブセグメントは、長さが同じ、平行に配列された複数のカーボンナノチューブ111を含む。隣接する前記カーボンナノチューブセグメントは、分子間力で端と端が接続されている。前記複数のカーボンナノチューブセグメントは、同じ厚さや幅、形状などを有する。
図3及び図4を参照すると、カーボンナノチューブ複合物222の製造方法は、複数のカーボンナノチューブを含むカーボンナノチューブ構造体214を提供する第一ステップと、前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体214における各々のカーボンナノチューブの表面に、少なくとも一つの導電性層を設置する第二ステップと、を含む。

Claims (3)
- 複数のカーボンナノチューブを含むカーボンナノチューブ構造体と、
各々の前記カーボンナノチューブの表面に被覆された濡れ層と、過渡層と、導電層と、抗酸化層と、から構成された導電性層と、
を含み、
前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体が、少なくとも一枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを含み、
前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムにおけるカーボンナノチューブが、同じ方向に沿って、かつ、それぞれ前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムの表面に平行に配列され、
前記カーボンナノチューブが、端と端で接続されていることを特徴とするカーボンナノチューブ複合物。 - 前記導電性層の厚さが、1nm〜20nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカーボンナノチューブ複合物。
- 前記導電性層で被覆された前記カーボンナノチューブの表面に、強化層が被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカーボンナノチューブ複合物。
