Claims (4)
- 既設建物の外壁面に位置する柱体若しくは梁体を補強体により補強し、建物の耐力を向上させる既設建物の耐震補強構造であって、
既設建物の外壁面に位置する柱体若しくは梁体にアンカーボルトが打設されると共に、該アンカーボルトに直に補強用形鋼が前記既設建物の外壁面から離れて固定され、
前記既設建物の外壁面に位置する柱体若しくは梁体と一体となるように、かつ、前記補強用形鋼を囲むように内部に鉄筋を含まない繊維補強コンクリートが打設されることにより、補強体同士を連結する介在補強体を不要とした補強体である鉄骨コンクリート合成構造部材のみで既設建物が補強されていることを特徴とする既設建物の耐震補強構造。 - 前記柱体の外壁面には前記アンカーボルトを介して前記鉄骨コンクリート合成構造部材が設けられ、前記梁体の外壁面には前記アンカーボルトを介して若しくは前記アンカーボルトを介さずに前記鉄骨コンクリート合成構造部材又は在来の鉄筋コンクリート部材か鉄骨部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の既設建物の耐震補強構造。
- 前記鉄骨コンクリート合成構造部材からなる前記柱体の補強体と前記鉄骨コンクリート合成構造部材又は前記在来の鉄筋コンクリート部材か前記鉄骨部材からなる前記梁体の補強体とで囲まれた枠体に、筋違型の制震部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の既設建物の耐震補強構造。
- 前記鉄骨コンクリート合成構造部材又は前記在来の鉄筋コンクリート部材か前記鉄骨部材からなる前記梁体の補強体間に、間柱型の制震部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の既設建物の耐震補強構造。
