Claims (2)
- 既存のRC造、SRC造またはS造の建物の外周の複数の柱に沿って、前記柱または建物の外面に接する補強用鉄骨柱を配置し、前記補強用鉄骨柱の下端部は地中に根入れして前記建物の基礎とは別個に設けられた基礎に固定され、前記補強用鉄骨柱の上端部どうしが連結されていることで、前記既存の建物を外周面から取り囲む形で地震時の変形を拘束するようにした建物の耐震補強構造であって、前記補強用鉄骨柱と前記既存の建物の外面は固定せずに単に面で接する構造とし、地震で建物に変形が生じる際、前記建物の地震時の変形を拘束しつつ、前記補強用鉄骨柱と前記既存の建物の外面との接触面での摩擦により地震エネルギーを吸収させるようにしたことを特徴とする建物の耐震補強構造。
- 請求項1記載の建物の耐震補強構造において、前記補強用鉄骨柱の上端部は、前記既存の建物の頂部より上方に突出し、補強用鉄骨柱の上端部どうしがトラスまたはパネルを介して連結されていることを特徴とする建物の耐震補強構造。
