2つの支持部を有し、各支持部が、回転方向に割出し可能なクランプ手段を有し、各クランプ手段が直方体形状のワークの対向する2つの稜部をクランプ・アンクランプするクランプ爪を有することを特徴とするワーククランプ装置。

Claims (4)
- 直方体形状のワーク(M)を加工するときに、直方体形状のワーク(M)をクランプするワーククランプ方法であって、
直方体形状のワーク(M)の対向する2つの稜部を1対のクランプ手段のクランプ爪で挟むことにより直方体形状のワーク(M)をクランプして固定し、その固定状態のまま、まず直方体形状のワーク(M)の少なくとも1面を加工し、しかるのち、直方体形状のワーク(M)の位置を変更してから、直方体形状のワーク(M)の他の面を加工し、このような位置の変更と面の加工を繰り返すことにより、クランプ手段により直方体形状のワーク(M)をクランプしたまま直方体形状のワーク(M)の全体を加工し、
しかも、1対のクランプ爪の各々と協働するように1対のスイングアームを各クランプ手段に設け、両クランプ手段にスイングアームを合計4個設けて、直方体形状のワークの対向する2つの稜部を1対のクランプ爪で押しつけた後、4個のスイングアームの任意のもので直方体形状のワークを押圧して固定を確実にすることを特徴とするワーククランプ方法。 - 4個のスイングアームが、押圧位置と待避位置との間で各々独立して移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 直方体形状のワーク(M)を加工するときに、直方体形状のワーク(M)をクランプするワーククランプ装置であって、
2つの支持部を有し、各支持部が、回転方向に割出し可能なクランプ手段を有し、各クランプ手段が直方体形状のワークの対向する2つの稜部をクランプ・アンクランプするクランプ爪を有し、
1対のクランプ爪の各々と協働するように1対のスイングアームを各クランプ手段に設け、両クランプ手段にスイングアームを合計4個設けて、直方体形状のワークの対向する稜部を1対のクランプ爪で押しつけた後、4個のスイングアームの任意のもので直方体形状のワークを押圧して固定する構成にしたことを特徴とするワーククランプ装置。 - 4個のスイングアームが、押圧位置と待避位置との間で各々独立して移動することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のワーククランプ装置。
