Claims (7)
- 電気コネクタであって、
その絶縁物ハウジングが、互いに対向する2つのハウジング側に、しかも一方の側に電気接触ピンを導入するための差込み開口を持ち、他方の側に少なくとも1つの電気導体の絶縁物のない端部を差込むための差込み開口を持ち、
ピン側にコネクタがピン締付け接触子を持ち、従って印刷回路板の接触ピン又はその他の相手接触子の接続接触ピン上にコネクタをはめることができ、
導体側にコネクタが、接続すべき各電気導体のために、板ばねを持つ板ばね締付け接続部を持ち、板ばねが導体差込み方向に電気導体へ向かって斜めに延び、そのばね端部により、差込まれる電気導体の絶縁物のない端部を締付け固定するものにおいて、
コネクタの絶縁物ハウジングが、接続すべき各電気導体のために接続空間(16)を持ち、接触ピン(19,25,29,34,39,40)と電気導体(17,27,28)の軸線方向長さが重なるように、接触ピンと電気導体が、ほぼ平行な向きで横に並んで接続空間へ差込み可能であり、
接触ピンが接続空間内に位置を固定されて保持され、これに反し電気導体は、構造的に許される移動範囲(20)内でその導体軸線に対して直角に移動可能であり、
板ばね締付け接続部の板ばね端部が、接触ピンから遠い方にある電気導体の側に当接し、従って板ばね(22)の締付け力が電気導体を接触ピンの方へ押付け、
電気導体(17)と接触ピン(19)が軸線方向に重なる範囲において、電気導体(17)と接触ピン(19)との間に、接触壁(18)が位置しており、接続空間(16)への差込み過程においてこの接触壁(18)が、電気導体を導体軸線の方向に案内する
ことを特徴とする、コネクタ。 - 接触壁が、構造的に許される移動範囲(20)において、電気導体に対して直角にかつ電気導体と一緒に接触ピン(19)の方へ移動可能であり、従って電気導体が接触壁に直接接触し、接触壁が接触ピンに直接接触する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - コネクタが2つの接続空間を持ち、
接触ピン(29)が両方の接続空間の中間に位置し、両方の接続空間に接触ピンとして用いられる
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 接触ピンの頭部が絶縁物被せ部(6)によりコネクタの絶縁物ハウジング内に正確に位置を固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 接触ピンの基部が、接触ピンに形成される支持片(26,30)によりコネクタの絶縁物ハウジングに対して位置を固定されて保持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 接触ピンがその頭部の下に突出部(5)を持ち、この突出部の垂直線が接触ピンの縦軸線に対して直角に延び、突出部が接続すべき電気導体の方へ突出しており、
板ばね締付け接続部の板ばね端部が、ほぼ突出部の高さで電気導体に当接している
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 板ばね締付け接続部が、板ばね締付け脚(11)及び板ばね止め脚(12)を持ちかつU字状に曲げられた双脚板ばねから成り、
板ばね止め脚が、絶縁物ハウジングとの係合により、コネクタの絶縁物ハウジングに固定されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
