Abstract
【解決手段】2つの別個のばね脚(2、3)を有するU形やΩ形ばねと、矩形クランプ枠(4)を備え、該クランプ枠が四角形切欠き開口(5)と、クランプ枠の平面から折り曲げ出されたクランプ片(9)を有し、前記ばねの固定端(7、8)が前記切欠き開口に位置固定して配置され、両ばね脚の各ばね端が、クランプ枠のクランプ片と共に、接続すべき2つの導体心線(11)および/又は平形プラグ(12)に対する締付け領域(10)を形成し、各ばね端が、導体心線を引っ掛け接触するための締付け縁(15)として形成された中央の直線第1部分(2.2、3.2)と、締付け面(16)を形成する湾曲された縁側第2部分(2.1、3.1)を有し、前記締付け面が締付け方向に前記締付け縁を越えて突出し、この結果平形プラグが圧力供給だけで接触できる。

Claims (6)
- 2つの別個のばね脚(2、3)、従って2つのばね端を有するU形或いはΩ形ばねと、矩形クランプ枠(4)とを備え、該クランプ枠(4)が四角形切欠き開口(5)と、クランプ枠(4)の平面から折り曲げ出されたクランプ片(9)を有し、前記ばねの固定端(7、8)が前記切欠き開口(5)に位置固定して配置され、両ばね脚(2、3)の各ばね端が、クランプ枠(4)のクランプ片(9)と共に、接続すべき2つの導体心線(11)および/又は平形プラグ(12)に対する締付け領域(10)を形成し、各ばね端が、導体心線(11)を引っ掛け接触するための締付け縁(15)として形成された中央の直線第1部分(2.2、3.2)と、締付け面(16)を形成する湾曲された縁側第2部分(2.1、3.1)とを有し、前記締付け面(16)が締付け方向に前記締付け縁(15)を越えて突出し、この結果平形プラグ(12)が圧力供給だけで接触できることを特徴とする差込みばねクランプ。
- ばね(2、3)がクランプ枠(4)の片側に固定され、クランプ枠(4)の反対側に、ばね(2、3)のばね端部分(2.1、2.2、2.3、3.1、3.2、3.3)が、クランプ片(9)の領域(10)に可動的に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の差込みばねクランプ。
- 接触片(9)がクランプ枠(4)の一部であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の差込みばねクランプ。
- 接触片(9)が、導体接触面を形成すべく、クランプ枠(4)の長手方向に対し直角に折り曲げられたことを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の差込みばねクランプ。
- クランプ枠(4)に二重ばねが装着され、該二重ばねが、分割されたばね端(2.1、2.2、2.3、3.1、3.2、3.3)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の差込みばねクランプ。
- 請求項1から5の1つに記載の少なくとも1つの差込みばねクランプを備えることを特徴とするケース。
