Description
図1は、本実施形態に係るねじなし端子台1の概略を示す斜視図である。図1に示されるように、ねじなし端子台1は、電線を挿入するための電線挿入口24と、電線を抜き差しする際に、治具を挿入するための治具挿入口23とが形成された筺体2を備えている。図1に示されるように、本実施形態に係るねじなし端子台1は、四対の電線挿入口24および治具挿入口23を備えているが、電線挿入口24および治具挿入口23の個数についてはこれに限定されるものではない。

Claims (5)
- 電線が挿入される電線挿入口が形成され、内部に電線収容空間を有する、樹脂で構成された筺体と、
前記電線挿入口から挿入された電線に接触し、所定の押圧方向の力を前記電線に加えることで、前記電線の抜けを防止する弾性体とを備えたねじなし端子台の製造方法であって、
前記筺体には、前記弾性体と接触し、前記弾性体を前記電線収容空間から離すように変形させる棒状の治具を挿入するための治具挿入口が形成されており、
前記治具挿入口から前記治具を挿入したときの、前記治具の軸を含み前記所定の押圧方向に平行な平面で切った断面において、前記治具の前記電線挿入口側と前記筺体との接触点を点Aとし、前記治具の前記弾性体側と前記筺体との接触点を点Bとし、
前記治具の軸径をD(mm)とし、
前記治具を前記治具挿入口から挿入したとき、前記弾性体が前記治具に対して加える力の大きさをFc(N)とし、
前記治具を前記治具挿入口から挿入したときの、前記治具と前記弾性体との接触点を点Cとし、点Aを含み、前記治具の軸に垂直な面を面Xとするとき、面Xと点Bとの距離をb(mm)とし、前記面Xと前記点Cとの距離をc(mm)とし、
前記筺体を構成する樹脂の圧縮強度をS(MPa)とし、
前記治具から前記点Bに加える力をFb(N)とし、
Fb=Fc×(c/b)≦Sで表される式のうち、Fc、c、及びSを決めたときのbの最小値をbminとし、
前記治具の軸と、点Aと点Bとを結ぶ直線とのなす鋭角の角度をθとすると、
θ=atan(D/bmin)≦45°とすることを特徴とするねじなし端子台の製造方法。 - 前記筺体の圧縮強度は70MPa以上90MPa以下であり、
前記治具を前記治具挿入口から挿入したとき、前記弾性体は、前記治具に対して30N以下の力を加えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のねじなし端子台の製造方法。 - 前記bと前記cとは、c/b≦7/3を満たすことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のねじなし端子台の製造方法。
- 前記筺体の圧縮強度は70MPa以上90MPa以下であり、
前記bと、前記cと、前記Fcとは、c/b≦70/Fcを満たすことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のねじなし端子台の製造方法。 - 前記筺体は、前記治具の外周面の曲率を有する曲面を有し、前記点Bは前記曲面内に位置することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載のねじなし端子台の製造方法。
