Abstract

一种快插结构,包括:壳体,在壳体内的两端分别设有卡接部;接线孔,接线孔设置在壳体上部的两端;笼式弹簧,笼式弹簧设置在壳体内;按键,按键设置在壳体内,按键的位置与笼式弹簧的位置相对应;导电体,导电体的两端与两端的卡接部卡接;导电体包括连接部及分别设置在连接部两端的插入部,在插入部的非连接端上设有固定部,固定部卡入卡接部的卡槽内实现导电体与卡接部的连接;翻边,翻边设置在插入部上;凸出部,凸出部设置在连接部上;连接孔,连接孔设置在连接部上。本发明在笼式弹簧上有倒角,与导电体翻边内侧斜面配合,起到定位作用。在导电体在接入插入部拉伸翻边,增加导线与导电体之间接触面,从而增加了产品使用的安全性。

一种快插结构
技术领域
本发明涉及电学领域,尤其涉及电连接器件,特别是一种快插结构。
背景技术
模块化的接线端子广泛用于供电电路连接。现有技术中,可安装在配电箱导轨上的接线模块包括绝缘壳体、进线接线柱和出线接线柱,进线接线柱和出线接线柱在绝缘壳体内导通。但是目前的接线端子在使用的过程中,无法使用测试插头对端子进行快速地测试,而且现行的方式不能对导体进行良好的固定,会影响接线端子的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能对端子进行快速测试的快插结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明快插结构,包括:壳体,在所述壳体内的两端分别设有卡接部;接线孔,所述接线孔设置在所述壳体上部的两端;笼式弹簧,所述笼式弹簧设置在所述壳体内;按键,所述按键设置在所述壳体内,所述按键的位置与所述笼式弹簧的位置相对应;导电体,所述导电体的两端与两端的所述卡接部卡接;其中所述导电体包括连接部及分别设置在所述连接部两端的插入部,在所述插入部的非连接端上设有固定部,所述固定部卡入所述卡接部的卡槽内实现所述导电体与所述卡接部的连接;翻边,所述翻边设置在所述插入部上;凸出部,所述凸出部设置在所述连接部上;连接孔,所述连接孔设置在所述连接部上。
在所述壳体内设有凸台,所述凸台的位置导线的位置相匹配。
在所述笼式弹簧上设有倒角,所述倒角与所述导电体翻边内侧的斜面相匹配。
在所述壳体上还设有测试孔。
所述壳体为绝缘体。
本发明快插结构采用固定部和卡接部的连接方式,在按键向下动作时,塑料件不会向外移动。在笼式弹簧上有倒角,与导电体翻边内侧斜面配合,起到定位作用。在导电体在接入导线位置(插入部)拉伸翻边,增加导线与导电体之间接触面,从而增加了产品使用的安全性。在导电体的连接部上设计有两个矩形连接孔,可实现横向多位连接。在壳体上设计有测试孔,方便用户日常检测和维护。在导电体连接部设计一个凸出部,与壳体上的凹槽采用过盈配合,可限制导电体从塑件上滑落。
多股导线(压接端头)或单股导线沿接线孔插入时,导线头部挤压笼式弹簧使其发生弹性形变,导线被卡紧,同时按键f在重力作用下顺势下落到与笼式弹簧相接处的位置;当想要拔出导线时,只需按压按键,笼式弹簧松开时,顺势拔出导线,松开按键后,笼式弹簧又回到初始位置。
壳体内部两侧各设计有一个凸台,可有效解决导线不能顺利拔出的问题,具体原理:当按下按键时,笼式弹簧会逆时针旋转松开导线,此时导线会顺势随着一起向内侧跑动,不便于导线顺利拔出接线孔;当设计有这个凸台后,可限制导线随着笼式弹簧向内侧跑动,从而有效解决了上述问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明快插结构作进一步详细说明。
如图1~图3所示,本发明快插结构,包括:绝缘壳体1,接线孔3设置在壳体1上部的两端。在壳体1内的两端分别设有卡接部2,导电体6的两端与两端的卡接部2卡接,具体地,导电体6,其中导电体6包括连接部7及分别设置在连接部7两端的插入部8,在插入部8的非连接端上设有固定部9,固定部9卡入卡接部2的卡槽10内实现导电体6与卡接部2的连接,在按键5向下动作时,塑料件不会向外移动。
笼式弹簧4设置在壳体1内,按键5的位置与笼式弹簧4的位置相对应。在笼式弹簧4上设有倒角15,倒角15与导电体6翻边11内侧的斜面相匹配,与导电体6翻边11内侧斜面配合,起到定位作用。
在连接部7上设有凸出部12,与壳体1上的凹槽采用过盈配合,可限制导电体6从塑件上滑落。
在导电体6的连接部7上设计有两个矩形连接孔13,可实现横向多位连接。
在壳体1上设计有测试孔16,方便用户日常检测和维护。
多股导线17(压接端头)或单股导线17沿接线孔3插入时,导线17头部挤压笼式弹簧4使其发生弹性形变,导线17被卡紧,同时按键5f在重力作用下顺势下落到与笼式弹簧4相接处的位置;当想要拔出导线17时,只需按压按键5,笼式弹簧4松开时,顺势拔出导线17,松开按键5后,笼式弹簧4又回到初始位置。
壳体1内部两侧各设计有一个凸台14,可有效解决导线17不能顺利拔出的问题,具体原理:当按下按键5时,笼式弹簧4会逆时针旋转松开导线17,此时导线17会顺势随着一起向内侧跑动,不便于导线17顺利拔出接线孔3;当设计有这个凸台14后,可限制导线17随着笼式弹簧4向内侧跑动,从而有效解决了上述问题。

1.一种快插结构,其特征在于,包括:壳体,在所述壳体内的两端分别设有卡接部;接线孔,所述接线孔设置在所述壳体上部的两端;笼式弹簧,所述笼式弹簧设置在所述壳体内;按键,所述按键设置在所述壳体内,所述按键的位置与所述笼式弹簧的位置相对应;导电体,所述导电体的两端与两端的所述卡接部卡接;其中所述导电体包括连接部及分别设置在所述连接部两端的插入部,在所述插入部的非连接端上设有固定部,所述固定部卡入所述卡接部的卡槽内实现所述导电体与所述卡接部的连接;翻边,所述翻边设置在所述插入部上;凸出部,所述凸出部设置在所述连接部上;连接孔,所述连接孔设置在所述连接部上,在所述壳体内设有凸台,所述凸台的位置导线的位置相匹配,在所述笼式弹簧上设有倒角,所述倒角与所述导电体翻边内侧的斜面相匹配,在所述壳体上还设有测试孔,所述壳体为绝缘体。
