Claims (14)
- 外側織物層と少なくとも1つの内側織物層を形成する少なくとも2つの織物層を有する折り畳むことができる閉塞デバイスであって、前記織物層の各々が複数の編組金属ストランドからなり、前記外側織物層が、幾何学形状近位端織物部分と、幾何学形状遠位端織物部分と、前記両端織物部分の間にあって該両端織物部分と同軸の幾何学形状中央織物部分とを有する膨張事前設定形状を有し、前記両端織物部分の少なくとも1つと前記中央織物部分は少なくとも1つの結合織物部分によって接続され、前記少なくとも1つの結合織物部分が前記両端織物部分と前記中央織物部分の断面積よりも小さい断面積を有している、閉塞デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の閉塞デバイスにおいて、該デバイスが複数の編組金属ストランドからなる第3の織物層をさらに有している、閉塞デバイス。
- 請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞デバイスにおいて、前記両端織物部分が交差面内に変位可能である、閉塞デバイス。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞デバイスにおいて、前記両端織物部分の少なくとも1つが平面でない、閉塞デバイス。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞デバイスにおいて、前記両端織物部分の少なくとも1つが45°まで回動する、閉塞デバイス。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞デバイスにおいて、前記膨張事前設定形状が患者の血管を通して配送するために、より小さな断面寸法に変形可能であり、前記閉塞装置が拘束から解かれた時に膨張事前設定形状に戻る傾向を有するように前記織物層の少なくとも1つが記憶特性を有している、閉塞デバイス。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞デバイスにおいて、該デバイスが4フレンチカテーテルを通って配送可能である、閉塞デバイス。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞デバイスにおいて、該デバイスがワイヤ上を配送可能である、閉塞デバイス。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞デバイスにおいて、前記織物層が互いに結合されている、閉塞デバイス。
- 請求項9に記載の閉塞デバイスにおいて、前記織物層が一端においてクランプ又は溶接によって互いに結合されている、閉塞デバイス。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞デバイスにおいて、少なくとも一つの織物層が自身に結合されている、閉塞デバイス。
- 請求項11に記載の閉塞デバイスにおいて、少なくとも一つの織物層が一端においてクランプ又は溶接によって自身に結合されている、閉塞デバイス。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞デバイスにおいて、前記織物層が異なる幾何形状を有している、閉塞デバイス。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の閉塞デバイスにおいて、前記織物層がニチノールからなっている、閉塞デバイス。
