Claims (13)
- 巻掛け伝動装置においてスリップ閉ループ制御を実施する方法であって、
駆動側ディスク対および被駆動側ディスク対が、トルクを伝達するために巻掛け手段を介して相互に連結されており、
バリエータの駆動側ディスク対と被駆動側ディスク対との間の力比(ゼータ)を安全値に依存して学習し、
前記安全値として、実際の押圧力と巻掛け手段の滑りが生じる力との間の実際の動作点での前記力比を用いる形式の方法において、
当該方法を伝動装置の、一定走行時のオーバードライブ領域(OD)における動作状態で実行し、
前記力比(ゼータ)は断続的に適応される、
ことを特徴とする、巻掛け伝動装置においてスリップ閉ループ制御を実施する方法。 - 被駆動側ディスク対で滑り点が既知である場合には、前記押圧力を、巻掛け手段で滑り点に達する直前まで低減させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記押圧力の低減時には前記バリエータでの変速比閉ループ制御をアクティブに維持し、前記押圧力の変化を、少なくとも1つのディスク対での圧力を相応に駆動制御することによって補償調整する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記力比を安全性の関数として記憶する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記力比の種々異なる値を伴ってバリエータの変速比に時間的に順次達する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 各動作状態に対して求められた前記力比(ゼータ)の値を記憶するおよび/またはパラメータモデルにおいて使用する、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記力比(ゼータ)を安全性およびバリエータの変速比に依存して格納する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ディスク対のハイドロリックバルブの既知の駆動制御電流から理論的な圧力値を計算することによって、2つのディスク対での圧力を見積もる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 連続的な車両動作において前記力比(ゼータ)の最大値を計算する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 被駆動側ディスク対での所定の押圧力のもとで、伝動装置の巻掛け手段の滑りが生じるように入力エンジントルクを上昇させる、請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記入力エンジントルクを一定に維持し、その際に押圧力を低減させる、請求項9記載の方法。
- 学習されたゼータ最大値によって伝動装置の動作パラメータを補正し、最適な押圧を保証する、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 巻掛け伝動装置においてスリップ閉ループ制御を実施する装置であって、
駆動側ディスク対および被駆動側ディスク対が、トルクを伝達するために巻掛け手段を介して相互に連結されており、
請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載された方法を実施する形式の装置において、
バリエータの駆動側ディスク対と被駆動側ディスク対の間の力比(ゼータ)を安全値に依存して学習する装置が設けられており、
前記安全値として、実際の押圧力と巻掛け手段の滑りが生じる力との間の実際の動作点での力比を用い、
当該方法を伝動装置の、一定走行時のオーバードライブ領域(OD)における動作状態で実行し、
前記力比(ゼータ)は断続的に適応される、
ことを特徴とする、無段伝動装置においてスリップ閉ループ制御を実施する装置。
