Claims (9)
- ポンプのロータ装置において、軸芯を中心として形成された複数の円弧周面部と、複数の平坦面部とが交互に配置された駆動軸と、該駆動軸が挿通された取付孔を有するインナーロータと、該インナーロータが内装されるロータ室が形成されたポンプケーシングと、該ポンプケーシングに装着される前記駆動軸の突出箇所において外部と内部とを密封するオイルシールと、前記ロータ室と前記オイルシールとの間に存在する空隙部とからなり、前記取付孔は、前記円弧周面部に対応してこれと同数の円弧内周部と、前記平坦面部に対応してこれと同数の平坦面内周部とが交互に形成され、各円弧内周部と,各円弧内周部に対応する半径の中心との間に、前記インナーロータの軸芯が位置されるように、前記円弧内周部の中心がインナーロータの軸芯に対して偏心されると共に前記円弧内周部の半径は、前記円弧周面部の半径よりも大きくしてなることを特徴とするポンプのロータ装置。
- 請求項1において、前記円弧内周部の中心は、該円弧内周部の弧幅長さの中点とインナーロータの軸芯とを通過する線上と略同等位置に設定されてなることを特徴とするポンプのロータ装置。
- 請求項1又は2において、全ての前記円弧内周部の中心の偏心距離は、等しくしてなることを特徴とするポンプのロータ装置。
- 請求項1又は2において、全ての前記円弧内周部の中心の少なくともいずれかひとつの偏心距離がその他の偏心距離と異なることを特徴とするポンプのロータ装置。
- 請求項1,2,3又は4のいずれか1項の記載において、全ての前記円弧内周部の半径は等しくしてなることを特徴とするポンプのロータ装置。
- 請求項1,2,3又は4のいずれか1項の記載において、全ての前記円弧内周部の少なくともいずれかひとつの半径は他の半径と異なることを特徴とするポンプのロータ装置。
- 請求項1,2,3,4,5又は6のいずれか1項の記載において、全ての前記円弧内周部の弧幅長さの中点は前記インナーロータの歯底の最深部に対応する位置としてなることを特徴とするポンプのロータ装置。
- 請求項1,2,3,4,5,6又は7のいずれか1項の記載において、全ての前記円弧内周部と平坦面内周部の隅角は凹み状の弧状隅角部としてなることを特徴とするポンプのロータ装置。
- 請求項1,2,3,4,5,6,7又は8のいずれか1項の記載において、前記平坦面内周部には、軸方向に沿って逃げ溝が形成されると共に、該逃げ溝は前記平坦面内周部で且つ前記インナーロータの歯先位置に対応する位置に形成されてなることを特徴とするポンプのロータ装置。
