Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ クランク軸受から突出するエンジンクランク
    軸の突出部に嵌装固定される外歯歯車と、該外歯
    歯車の周囲にこれと偏心して内接される内歯歯車
    と、該両歯車を内装したポンプハウジングとを備
    えたエンジン用内接歯車ポンプにおいて、前記ク
    ランク軸の突出部の円柱面の径に比べて該突出部
    に嵌装される外歯歯車の円孔内径を大径とすると
    ともに、該円柱面および円孔の間隙を該突出部お
    よび外歯歯車の面取部間隙よりも大にし、前記ク
    ランク軸突出部の外周円柱面と前記外歯歯車の円
    孔内周面とで形成される間隙を、ポンプハウジン
    グから外側に漏出する潤滑油をクランクケース内
    に戻すための逃がし通路にしたことを特徴とする
    エンジン用内接歯車ポンプ。 ２ 前記クランク軸突出部の円柱面と外歯歯車の
    円孔との間隙を１mm以上に設定したことを特徴と
    する前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のエ
    ンジン用内接歯車ポンプ。
