Description
(I)炭素数2〜4の直鎖グリコール、
(II)炭素数2〜4の直鎖グリコールと側鎖を有する炭素数2〜4のグリコール、
(III)炭素数2〜4の直鎖グリコールと1,6−ヘキサンジオール、
2L四つ口フラスコ中でエチレングリコールと1,4ブチレングリコール(1,4BG)とセバシン酸(SebA)を重縮合し、ポリエステルポリオールA(EG/1,4BG/SebA、EG/1,4BG=60/40mol%、酸価0.3、水酸基価56)を得た。
次に2L四つ口フラスコ中でポリエステルポリオールAとMDIを反応し、NCOeq=551のプレポリマーを作製し、架橋剤(1,4BG/TMP=70/30wt%)とNCO/OH=1.02の配合で2mmTのポリウレタンエラストマーのシートを成形した。物性は表1の通りであった。
ポリオールにポリエステルポリオールB(EG/1,2PG/SebA、EG/1,2PG=80/20mol%、酸価0.3、水酸基価56)を使用する以外は、実施例1と同様にした。物性は表1の通りであった。
ポリオールにポリエステルポリオールC(EG/1,4BG/2MPD/SebA、EG/1,4BG/2MPD=60/20/20mol%、酸価0.3、水酸基価56)を使用する以外は、実施例1と同様にした。物性は表1の通りであった。
ポリオールにポリエステルポリオールD(1,4BG/2MPD/SebA/AA、1,4BG/2MPD=80/20mol%、SebA/AA=65/35mol%、酸価0.3、水酸基価56)を使用する以外は、実施例1と同様にした。物性は表2の通りであった。
ポリオールにポリエステルポリオールE(1,2PG/1,4BG/1,6HG/SebA/AA、1,2PG/1,4BG/1,6HG =20/40/40mol%、SebA/AA=50/50mol%、酸価0.3、水酸基価56)を使用する以外は、実施例1と同様にした。物性は表2の通りであった。

MDI: ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート
TMP: トリメチロールプロパン
DMA(動的粘弾性測定装置:セイコーインスツルメンツ社製)で測定した。
損失正接(tanδ=損失弾性率/貯蔵弾性率)の温度分散挙動を追跡し、tanδピーク値、tanδの半値幅より温度分散幅を評価した。
●反発弾性温度依存性(JISK7312)
5℃、23℃、50℃の反発弾性(Rb)
●100%永久伸度(PS)
JISK7312の引張強度試験と同様のテストピースを使用し、標線間を100%伸長した状態で10分保持し、引張解放後の標線間距離の変化率を測定した。
●引張強度(TB)、引裂強度(TR)
JISK7312にて、測定した。
●エステル基濃度(mmol/g)
エステル基のモル数/ポリエステルポリオールの重量
●アルキル基濃度(mmol/g)
側鎖アルキル基のモル数/ポリエステルポリオールの重量
ポリオールにポリエステルポリオールG(1,4BG/1,6HG/SebA、1,4BG/1,6HG =50/50mol%、酸価0.3、水酸基価56)を使用する以外は、実施例1と同様に行った。物性は表3の通りであった。
ポリオールにポリエステルポリオールH(ND/2MOD/AA、ND/2MOD =85/15mol%、酸価0.3、水酸基価56)を使用する以外は、実施例1と同様に行った。物性は表3の通りであった。
ポリオールにポリエステルポリオールI(ND/2MOD/SebA、ND/2MOD =65/35mol%、酸価0.3、水酸基価56)を使用する以外は、実施例1と同様に行った。物性は表3の通りであった。
Claims (7)
- セバシン酸を主成分とする多価カルボン酸(A−1)と、下記の(I)〜(III)から選択される1種の多価アルコール(A−2)とを重縮合してなるエステル基濃度が8mmol/gより大きいものであるポリエステルポリオール(A)、ポリイソシアネート化合物(B)、短鎖ジオールと短鎖トリオールの混合物(C)とから得られることを特徴とする電子写真印刷用ポリウレタンエラストマー組成物。
(I)炭素数2〜4の直鎖グリコール、
(II)炭素数2〜4の直鎖グリコールとアルキル側鎖を有する炭素数2〜4のグリコール
(III)炭素数2〜4の直鎖グリコールと1,6−ヘキサンジオール - 前記多価カルボン酸(A−1)が、セバシン酸50〜100モル%とアジピン酸0〜50モル%からなる請求項1記載の電子写真印刷用ポリウレタンエラストマー組成物。
- 前記炭素数2〜4の直鎖グリコールが、前記多価アルコール(A−2)中に、40〜100モル%含むものである請求項1記載の電子写真印刷用ポリウレタンエラストマー組成物。
- 前記アルキル側鎖を有する炭素数2〜4のグリコールが、多価アルコール(A−2)中に20〜1モル%含むものである請求項1記載の電子写真印刷用ポリウレタンエラストマー組成物。
- 前記1,6−ヘキサンジオール含有量が、多価アルコール(A−2)中に30〜1モル%である請求項1記載の電子写真印刷用ポリウレタンエラストマー組成物。
- 前記ポリエステルポリオール(A)の数平均分子量が、1500〜3000である請求項1記載の電子写真印刷用ポリウレタンエラストマー組成物。
- 請求項1〜4いずれかの電子写真印刷用ポリウレタンエラストマー組成物により得られた電子写真印刷用部材。
