Claims (6)
- 測定オーダの入力を受け付ける入力手段と、
測定ごとに廃棄される反応容器をそれぞれに載置するための、前記反応容器の載置対象として選択される優先順位が予め定められた複数の容器載置部と、
前記反応容器が前記複数の容器載置部のそれぞれに載置されているか否かを検出するための検出手段と、
前記入力手段によって受け付けられた前記測定オーダに基づいて、必要とされる前記反応容器の数を取得する必要容器数取得手段と、
前記必要容器数取得手段によって取得された前記反応容器の数と、前記検出手段による検出結果とに基づいて、前記複数の容器載置部のそれぞれが、前記反応容器を載置する必要がある状態であるか、前記反応容器を載置する必要がない状態であるか、を区別可能に表示する表示手段とを備えた、分析装置。 - 前記表示手段は、前記反応容器を載置する必要がない状態が、前記反応容器を使用する予定がないためであるか、前記反応容器が既に載置されているためであるか、を区別可能に表示する、請求項1に記載の分析装置。
- 前記表示手段は、前記容器載置部の状態に対応する色を表示する、請求項1または2に記載の分析装置。
- 前記検出手段は、光源と、光源から照射される光を受光する受光部とを含み、
前記容器載置部は、前記光源と前記受光部との間に配置されており、
前記検出結果は、前記受光部が受光する光に基づいて取得される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。 - 前記受光部が受光する光に基づいて前記反応容器内の分析物を分析する分析手段をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の分析装置。
- 前記分析装置は、核酸検出装置である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の分析装置。
