Claims (8)
- プライマーと核酸増幅酵素とによって生体由来試料中の標的核酸を増幅し、その増幅に伴い生成される核酸増幅産物を測定する測定部と、
患者から採取された生体由来試料を収容した第1容器および前記生体由来試料を希釈した希釈生体由来試料を収容した第2容器をセットする試料セット部と、
前記プライマーを収容した第3容器および前記核酸増幅酵素を収容した第4容器をセットする試薬セット部と、
前記第3容器に収容された前記プライマーと前記第4容器に収容された前記核酸増幅酵素と前記第1容器に収容された前記生体由来試料とを前記測定部にセットされた第1検出セルに分注して第1測定試料を調製するとともに、前記第3容器に収容された前記プライマーと前記第4容器に収容された前記核酸増幅酵素と前記第2容器に収容された前記希釈生体由来試料とを前記測定部にセットされた第2検出セルに分注して第2測定試料を調製する分注機構部と、
前記第1検出セルに収容された前記第1測定試料を前記測定部で測定することによって得られる第1測定結果と、前記第2検出セルに収容された第2測定試料を前記測定部で測定することによって得られる第2測定結果とに基づいて、前記標的核酸の増幅阻害を判定する分析部と、
前記標的核酸の増幅阻害の判定結果を出力する出力部とを備え、
前記分析部は、前記第2測定結果の核酸増幅産物が前記第1測定結果の核酸増幅産物より多い場合に、前記標的核酸の増幅阻害があると判定する、核酸増幅分析装置。 - 前記分析部は、前記第2測定結果に基づいて前記標的核酸が所定量以上存在するか否かを判定するとともに、前記出力部は、前記標的核酸が所定量以上存在するか否かの第2の判定結果を前記増幅阻害の判定結果とともに出力する、請求項1に記載の核酸増幅分析装置。
- 前記出力部は、前記第1測定結果と前記増幅阻害の判定結果とを出力する、請求項1または請求項2のいずれか1項に記載の核酸増幅分析装置。
- 前記出力部は、表示部を含み、
前記表示部には、前記第1測定結果と前記増幅阻害の判定結果とが表示される、請求項3に記載の核酸増幅分析装置。 - 前記分析部は、前記第1測定結果が第1の範囲にある場合には、前記第2測定結果を取得せず、前記第1測定結果が第2の範囲にある場合には、前記第2測定結果を取得する、請求項1に記載の核酸増幅分析装置。
- 前記生体由来試料は、未精製の生体由来試料である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の核酸増幅分析装置。
- 前記分析部は、前記第1測定結果および/または前記第2測定結果に基づいて、前記標的核酸が所定量以上存在するか否かを判定し、前記出力部は、前記標的核酸が所定量以上存在するか否かの第2の判定結果と前記増幅阻害の判定結果を出力する、請求項1に記載の核酸増幅分析装置。
- プライマーと核酸増幅酵素とによって生体由来試料中の標的核酸を増幅し、その増幅に伴い生成される核酸増幅産物を測定する測定部と、
患者から採取された生体由来試料を収容した第1容器をセットする試料セット部と、
前記プライマーを収容した第2容器および前記核酸増幅酵素を収容した第3容器をセットする試薬セット部と、
前記生体由来試料を希釈するための希釈液を有する希釈部と、
前記第2容器に収容された前記プライマーと前記第3容器に収容された前記核酸増幅酵素と前記第1容器に収容された前記生体由来試料とを前記測定部にセットされた第1検出セルに分注して第1測定試料を調製するとともに、前記第2容器に収容された前記プライマーと前記第3容器に収容された前記核酸増幅酵素と前記第1容器に収容された前記生体由来試料と前記希釈部の希釈液とを前記測定部にセットされた第2検出セルに分注して第2測定試料を調製する分注機構部と、
前記第1検出セルに収容された前記第1測定試料を前記測定部で測定することによって得られる第1測定結果と、前記第2検出セルに収容された第2測定試料を前記測定部で測定することによって得られる第2測定結果とに基づいて、前記標的核酸の増幅阻害を判定する分析部と、
前記標的核酸の増幅阻害の判定結果を出力する出力部とを備え、
前記分析部は、前記第2測定結果の核酸増幅産物が前記第1測定結果の核酸増幅産物より多い場合に、前記標的核酸の増幅阻害があると判定する、核酸増幅分析装置。
