Abstract
【解決手段】この遺伝子増幅分析システム1は、プライマー試薬と酵素試薬とによって切除組織内の標的遺伝子(mRNA)を増幅し、その増幅に伴い生成されるピロリン酸マグネシウムを測定する遺伝子増幅測定装置101と、プライマー試薬と酵素試薬とサンプル試料とを含む試料を遺伝子増幅測定装置101で測定することによって得られる測定結果と、プライマー試薬と酵素試薬と希釈試料とを含む試料を遺伝子増幅測定装置101で測定することによって得られる測定結果とに基づいて、標的遺伝子(mRNA)の増幅阻害に関するフラグ「I」を出力する表示部102cとを備えている。

Claims (11)
- プライマーと核酸増幅酵素とによって生体由来試料中の標的核酸を増幅し、その増幅に伴い生成される核酸増幅産物を測定する測定部と、
前記プライマーと前記核酸増幅酵素と前記生体由来試料とを含む第1測定試料を前記測定部で測定することによって得られる第1測定結果と、前記プライマーと前記核酸増幅酵素と希釈された前記生体由来試料とを含む第2測定試料を前記測定部で測定することによって得られる第2測定結果とに基づいて、前記標的核酸の増幅阻害に関する情報を出力する出力部とを備える、核酸増幅分析装置。 - 前記第1測定結果および前記第2測定結果に基づいて前記標的核酸の増幅阻害を判定する分析部をさらに備え、
前記出力部は、前記分析部による前記標的核酸の増幅阻害の判定結果を出力する、請求項1に記載の核酸増幅分析装置。 - 前記分析部は、前記第2測定結果の核酸増幅産物が前記第1測定結果の核酸増幅産物より多い場合に、前記標的核酸の増幅阻害があると判定するとともに、前記出力部は、前記分析部による前記標的核酸の増幅阻害の判定結果を出力する、請求項2に記載の核酸増幅分析装置。
- 前記分析部は、前記第2測定結果に基づいて前記標的核酸が所定量以上存在するか否かを判定するとともに、前記出力部は、前記標的核酸が所定量以上存在するか否かの第2の判定結果を前記増幅阻害の判定結果とともに出力する、請求項3に記載の核酸増幅分析装置。
- 前記出力部は、前記第1測定結果と前記増幅阻害に関する情報とを出力する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の核酸増幅分析装置。
- 前記出力部は、表示部を含み、
前記表示部には、前記第1測定結果と前記増幅阻害に関する情報とが表示される、請求項5に記載の核酸増幅分析装置。 - 前記生体由来試料を希釈するための希釈部をさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の核酸増幅分析装置。
- 前記分析部は、前記第1測定結果が第1の範囲にある場合には、前記第2測定結果を取得せず、前記第1測定結果が第2の範囲にある場合には、前記第2測定結果を取得する、請求項2に記載の核酸増幅分析装置。
- 前記生体由来試料は、未精製の生体由来試料である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の核酸増幅分析装置。
- プライマーと核酸増幅酵素とによって生体由来試料中の標的核酸を増幅し、その増幅に伴い生成される核酸増幅産物を測定する測定部と、
前記プライマーと前記核酸増幅酵素と前記生体由来試料とを含む第1測定試料を前記測定部で測定することによって得られた第1測定結果と、前記プライマーと前記核酸増幅酵素と希釈された前記生体由来試料とを含む第2測定試料を前記測定部で測定することによって得られた第2測定結果とに基づいて、前記標的核酸が所定量以上存在するか否かを判定する判定部とを備える、核酸増幅分析装置。 - プライマーと核酸増幅酵素とによって生体由来試料中の標的核酸を増幅し、その増幅に伴い生成される核酸増幅産物を測定する測定部と、
前記測定部による前記プライマーと前記核酸増幅酵素と前記生体由来試料とによって得られる第1測定結果と、前記測定部による前記プライマーと前記核酸増幅酵素と前記生体由来試料の希釈試料とによって得られる第2測定結果とに基づいて、前記標的核酸が所定量以上存在するか否かを出力する出力部とを備える、核酸増幅分析装置。
