Claims (4)
- 反応容器を収容するための複数の反応容器ウェルが上面に複数設けられ、加熱素子又は冷却素子によって前記反応容器ウェルの温度調節を行なうことにより前記反応容器内の検体に対する温度処理を行なうための温調ブロックと、
前記反応容器ウェルに対して励起光を発する光源、及び前記反応容器ウェルからの蛍光を検出するための受光素子を有する光センサと、
前記温度処理が開始される前に、前記温調ブロックの前記反応容器ウェルのそれぞれに前記反応容器が収容されているか否かを、前記反応容器ウェルに収容された前記反応容器からの自家蛍光を前記光センサが検出するか否かによって検知するように構成された反応容器検知部と、を備えた遺伝子測定装置。 - 情報表示を行なうための表示部と、
前記反応容器検知部によって前記反応容器が収容されていることを検知された前記反応容器ウェルの位置を、前記温度処理が開始される前に前記表示部に表示するように構成された反応容器収容位置表示部と、をさらに備えた請求項1に記載の遺伝子測定装置。 - ユーザに任意の前記反応容器ウェルに対して測定条件を設定させるように構成された測定条件設定部と、
前記温度処理が開始される前に、前記測定条件設定部により測定条件の設定された前記反応容器ウェルの位置と前記反応容器検知部によって前記反応容器が収容されていることを検知された前記反応容器ウェルの位置とが一致しているか否かを判定する反応容器位置判定部と、請求項1又は2に記載の遺伝子測定装置。 - 前記反応容器位置判定部は、前記測定条件設定部により測定条件の設定された前記反応容器ウェルの位置と前記反応容器検知部によって前記反応容器が収容されていることを検知された前記反応容器ウェルの位置とが一致していないときに、ユーザに対して警告を発するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の遺伝子測定装置。
