Abstract
【解決手段】熱交換器1は、間隔を置いて平行に配置された2本のヘッダパイプ2、3と、ヘッダパイプ2、3の間に複数配置され、内部に設けた冷媒通路5をヘッダパイプ2、3の内部に連通させた偏平チューブ4と、偏平チューブ4同士の間に配置されたコルゲートフィン6を備える。熱交換器1の凝縮水が結集する側の面におけるコルゲートフィン6の端を偏平チューブ4の端からはみ出させ、そのはみ出し部分同士のなす隙間Gに線状の導水部材10を挿入する。導水部材10は、コルゲートフィン6の端から前記偏平チューブ側に表面張力が働きうる範囲内まで挿入する。

Claims (6)
- 間隔を置いて平行に配置された複数のヘッダパイプと、前記複数のヘッダパイプの間に複数配置され、内部に設けた冷媒通路を前記ヘッダパイプの内部に連通させた偏平チューブと、前記偏平チューブ同士の間に配置されたコルゲートフィンとを備えたサイドフロー方式のパラレルフロー型熱交換器において、
凝縮水が結集する側の面における前記コルゲートフィンの端を前記偏平チューブの端からはみ出させ、そのはみ出し部分同士のなす隙間に線状の導水部材を挿入し、前記コルゲートフィンの端にたまった凝縮水が、自身の表面張力により前記導水部材との間に生じるブリッジ現象で流れ落ちるようにしたことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記導水部材が吸水性部材からなり、前記コルゲートフィンの端に接触していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記導水部材が非吸水性部材からなり、前記凝縮水の表面張力の働く当該部材の部分が、前記コルゲートフィンの端からはみ出していないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記導水部材は、前記隙間の入口から奥まで届く奥行きを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器を室外機に搭載したことを特徴とする空気調和機。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器を室内機に搭載したことを特徴とする空気調和機。
