Claims (4)
- 間隔を置いて平行に配置された複数のヘッダパイプと、前記複数のヘッダパイプの間に複数配置され、内部に設けた冷媒通路を前記ヘッダパイプの内部に連通させた偏平チューブと、前記偏平チューブ同士の間に配置されたコルゲートフィンとを備えたサイドフロー方式のパラレルフロー型熱交換器において、
凝縮水が結集する側の面における前記コルゲートフィンの端を前記偏平チューブの端からはみ出させ、当該コルゲートフィンのはみ出し端同士のなす隙間に線状の導水部材を挿入し、当該導水部材と、その上に位置する前記コルゲートフィンのはみ出し端との間隔を、両者間に水の表面張力が働き得る距離とするとともに、
前記コルゲートフィンのはみ出し端の山部と谷部のエッジにV字切り込みを形成し、
前記V字切り込みは、当該V字切り込みが形成された前記コルゲートフィンに接する前記導水部材の少なくとも一部を露出させる深さとされていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 間隔を置いて平行に配置された複数のヘッダパイプと、前記複数のヘッダパイプの間に複数配置され、内部に設けた冷媒通路を前記ヘッダパイプの内部に連通させた偏平チューブと、前記偏平チューブ同士の間に配置されたコルゲートフィンとを備えたサイドフロー方式のパラレルフロー型熱交換器において、
凝縮水が結集する側の面における前記コルゲートフィンの端を前記偏平チューブの端からはみ出させ、当該コルゲートフィンのはみ出し端同士のなす隙間に線状の導水部材を挿入し、当該導水部材と、その上に位置する前記コルゲートフィンのはみ出し端との間隔を、両者間に水の表面張力が働き得る距離とするとともに、
前記コルゲートフィンのはみ出し端の垂直壁のエッジにV字切り込みを形成し、
前記V字切り込みは、少なくともその最深部が、当該V字切り込みが形成された前記コルゲートフィンの直下に位置する前記導水部材の上方にまで侵入していることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器を室外機に搭載したことを特徴とする空気調和機。
- 請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器を室内機に搭載したことを特徴とする空気調和機。
