Description
・硬質でより高い張力のワイヤは滑車およびロープの過度の摩耗につながるため、より低い張力のワイヤのみ使用できる。
・比較的太いロープの要求事項につながる、滑車に対するワイヤの圧力は、十分に低くなければならない。
・ケーブルストランドの短い撚り長さは、耐用年数の延長を生じさせる。
・ワイヤ間のライン接触を生じさせる平行撚りが使用され、そのようなライン接触は、ワイヤ間の切断をより少なくするため、より長い耐用年数を生じる。
・ロープ直径の40倍の最小滑車直径は、ワイヤにて低い曲げ応力を生じるため、再度、ロープの耐用年数を改善する。
・テキスタイルコアを潤滑剤に含浸することは、耐用年数を延長する。

Claims (15)
- コアストランドと、このコアストランドの周囲で撚られた少なくとも5本の外側ストランドとを含んでなるベアロープ直径Dを有するエレベータロープにおいて、前記コアストランドおよび前記外側ストランドが複数の鋼ワイヤを含んでなり、前記エレベータロープがエラストマーを含むジャケットをさらに含んでなり、このジャケットが前記外側ストランドを包み、かつそれらの間に染み込んでおり、
前記エレベータロープは、ベアロープの状態でプライマーによりコーティングされており、このプライマーが、有機官能性シラン、有機官能性チタナート又は有機官能性ジルコナートから選ばれるものであり、
前記ジャケットが、少なくとも前記外側ストランドに15×D+30以上の抜去力(単位:N/mm。なお、Dの単位はmm)によって付着しているとともに、
前記コアストランド周囲の前記外側ストランドの撚り長さが、Dの6.5倍より長いことを特徴とするエレベータロープ。 - 前記コアストランド周囲の前記外側ストランドの撚り長さが、Dの12倍未満である請求項1に記載のエレベータロープ。
- 前記コアストランド周囲の前記外側ストランドの撚り長さが、Dの7〜10倍である請求項1に記載のエレベータロープ。
- 前記外側ストランドが、少なくとも2650N/mm2の引張強度のフィラメントを含んでなる請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のエレベータロープ。
- 前記コアストランドが、多くとも2650N/mm2の引張強度のフィラメントを含んでなる請求項4に記載のエレベータロープ。
- 前記コアストランドが、多くとも2500N/mm2の引張強度のフィラメントを含んでなる請求項4に記載のエレベータロープ。
- 前記ロープが、前記外側ストランド間に少なくとも15%のエラストマー充填度を有する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のエレベータロープ。
- 前記ロープが、前記外側ストランド間に少なくとも30%のエラストマー充填度を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のエレベータロープ。
- 前記エラストマーが熱可塑性エラストマーである請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のエレベータロープ。
- 前記エラストマーがポリウレタンである請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のエレベータロープ。
- 前記エラストマーがゴムである請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のエレベータロープ。
- ベアロープ直径Dを有するエレベータロープを製造する方法であって、前記方法が、
(A)Dの6.5倍を超える撚り長さで、コアストランドの周囲に外側ストランドを組み合わせるステップと、
(B)15×D+30以上の抜去力(単位:N/mm。なお、Dの単位はmm)を得るために、ロープに、有機官能性シラン、有機官能性チタナート又は有機官能性ジルコナートから選ばれるプライマーをコーティングするステップと、
(C)ロープの周囲に外部ジャケットを施すステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記外側ストランドが95〜100%の予備成形比を有する請求項12に記載の方法。
- 予備成形比が96〜98%である請求項12に記載の方法。
- エラストマーが押出しによって施される請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
