Claims (3)
- ソレノイドの励磁作用下に可動鉄心を吸引することにより、バルブボディに形成された流体通路の連通状態を切り換える電磁弁において、
前記可動鉄心には、該可動鉄心の外周面に形成された溝部に設けられ、該可動鉄心を軸線方向に沿って案内するガイド部と、前記可動鉄心の軸線方向に沿った変位を規制するストッパ部とを有する円筒体が設けられ、前記ガイド部及びストッパ部が樹脂製材料から一体成形されると共に、前記ガイド部が、リング状に形成される一組の環状部と、前記円筒体の軸線方向に沿って延在し、前記環状部の一方と他方とを互いに接続する接続部とから構成され、前記環状部及び接続部が前記バルブボディの内周面に対してそれぞれ摺接することを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1記載の電磁弁において、
前記可動鉄心には、バルブボディの弁座に臨む端部に弁部を有する保持部が設けられ、前記弁部が、弾性材料から形成され、前記保持部に形成された孔部に対して一体成形されることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1又は2記載の電磁弁において、
前記接続部は、前記溝部に装着された際、前記可動鉄心の外周面に対して半径外方向に突出するように設けられることを特徴とする電磁弁。
